Pretty good. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Nothing broken, but a few boxes out of 127 and my bike were missing. Got the bike a few weeks later. The other boxes, even though thoroughly labeled and numbered, are just gone. We weren’t able to be at our new home when our stuff arrived so our daughter, who was there, in the confusion of the day signed off. They advised that we are just out of luck. Given their attitude about the problem, we don’t expect to see them again.

Used Berger to move across the country. The trucks were on time(actually early!), the drivers and movers were professional, efficient, and organized. They took very good care of both of our properties by putting down mats, protecting doorways, etc. I would suggest looking closely at the insurance as we selected the completely wrong one because it isn’t very clear how it works. Our representative also explained it wrong to us so we were left with an expensive broken chair that wasn’t covered anywhere near the value. But it was a long move through very bad weather, so we were expecting something to break. Overall, I would absolutely go with Berger again!

Our move with Berger couldn’t have gone smoother! Tom Fischer and his crew– Cesar, Patrick and Juan– were all top notch, professional and extremely hard workers. We had a lot of stuff– a full house and a full POD– and the crew handled everything perfectly and loaded and unloaded items with great care. Tom was an excellent communicator and took any anxiety out of the process for us immediately. In addition, Desiree Wu who gave our estimate was fantastic and thorough, and Danielle Matuszak, our move coordinator, was also fantastic. Danielle said she would call back at a certain time and always did. I recommend Berger very highly!

have worked with Casey the GM and Janice in the intl dept. Both very attentive to my needs, wanted to exceed my expectations and followed through during the process. The best moving experience i’ve ever had.

My fiancé and I had a very positive experience with Berger Allied moving from Chicago to Texas. Bob Fernstrom did a thorough and accurate estimate of the move; he was a true professional. The packing team was on time the day before the move and did a fantastic job packing my stuff – nothing was broken. The moving team actually arrived about 30 minutes ahead of the driver to get started moving heavy items from the 3rd floor apartment for easy access to the truck. They worked hard and did a great job. Finally, the Allied driver Ed was *amazing*… we could tell he is great at what he does, especially after he needled a HUGE truck through our small Chicago side streets for the pickup. He was on time for pickup and gave us an accurate time for delivery in Texas. We will gladly choose Berger Allied and specifically request Ed if possible for future moves! There are two reasons we are only giving 4 stars… although they were fairly minor inconveniences for us. 1. Berger Allied did not immediately send all the information they had from the estimate to the driver, so he had to ask us for details to figure out how many hands to hire for loading the truck. This seems like an easy thing for Berger to fix. 2. This issue actually isn’t the Addison office’s fault, as it happened in Dallas. The driver hired two hands to help unload the truck, but one guy was almost an hour late(the truck driver had to unload things by himself during that time) and the other didn’t show up at all until after everything was done. This was very unprofessional, but the driver still managed to unload everything in a decent amount of time.
