Charles Tholen brings nearly years of Enterprise-​level IT experience to Cognoscape, where he oversees all technical aspects of the organization, determining the strategic direction, development and implementation of Cognoscape’s Information Technology services and functions as they apply both internally and to its clients. Charles has broad experience in delivering solutions involving Network Infrastructure, Authentication, Disaster Recovery, Anti-​Virus, Systems Management, and Security Management to fortune 500 enterprises.
