Got my husbands tints don’t their as a surprise they did a fantastic job!
They got to the point asked what I wanted took the money did my car and done in a few hours. Have had tints on my car for about 2 years… No fading no peeling no bubbles. I also worked down the street from them they slave on the cars they do until 12am and long. Mostly there ALL day. I wouldn’t go anywhere else hardworking guys and great people and wonderful work.

This guy is a rip off artist. Did very poor work. Says «Lifetime» guarantee but does not honor or return calls or fix work. I’m taking legal action. I ran into other people whose cars he ruined while trying to track him down to get my money. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR.

If I could I would give them negative stars. Took my 2016 Honda Accord to this guy. I was the stupid as there we’re red flags when I dropped it off. That guy chipped the black paint of my car in 4 places of my trunk, and one by my Sat Radio antenna on the roof. Asked to talk to him and gave me excuses, and said he would call back and never did. Also there was a bunch of overspray on my car because the did not tape off enough of the car. I brought him a 35,000 accord and he ruined it got estimates and it looks to be about 2500 in repairs. HE WONT CALL ME BACK WONT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. ALL I WOULD LIKE TO DO IS TALK. GET MY MONEY BACK AND LEAVE IT AT THAT. I WOULD NOT SEND AN ENEMY OF MINE THERE. The shocking thing is he tinted my 2006 Lexus EX330 and did a perfect job. MAD FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTBREAK AND DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. DID WHAT YOU WANT DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I hate giving bad reviews especially to small business but I hope this place use this review to improve their service…
I came in to get new tints on my Benz. I was on time for my 1pm appointment but they rolled in 20 mins late. They don’t have a working business phone so you have no option but to leave a message or text which neither option gets you a call or text back. I left my car with my keys only to return 4 hours later and nothing was done. The guy said to leave it for another hour so he can remove the existing tints and will have to make another appointment later next week to put the new tints in. Why? Because they don’t have a tinting person to do it til then.
Ummmm no Thank you! I wasted a whole day with nothing done to my car, I’m not wasting another week to wait for the «tinting specialist» to report to work.
Sorry, I’ll take my Benz and my business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE! AVOID GOING THERE! PLEASE READ BEFORE DECIDING!
If they had a «NO STAR» option here on Unilocal,i would choose that one.
I have had the WORST experience here than i have ever had at any business i have gone to. To start off i got my windows tinted and my tail lights tinted as well. On the morning that i was getting them done i had to wait for the owner to finish up a conversation he was having with his friend in the waiting room/​office before giving him my keys and to go over what i wanted done, which took all of 25 seconds. My estimated time of completion was around 3 hours. i dropped off my car at 10am and had work at 3 and was promised it would be done by 1, when i called at 1 he said it now wouldn’t be done until 2, so as i got dropped off to pick up my car i had to wait until 3:30 for it to be done 2.5 hours later than told. The tints came out good but the tail lights came out terrible and looked spray painted on. As well as there being paint dusting on my car because they didn’t take off the tail lights (which should’ve been done) and sprayed them while they were on the car, so now i have random spots of spray paint on may car). He said that i would have to wait 3 days to bring it in for them to rub a compound on it to give it a smooth glossy look. I took it back for the compound to be applied and he said it was a 30minute procedure and after waiting 20 minutes for it to happen he took my car and spent less than 5 minutes with it and said it was done, He said it would look better after a car wash. So i got a car wash and still looked terrible. So i was just going to live with. About a month later i just decided to take it completley take off the tail light tint and tried calling to ask them a simple question as to what product i should use and if they scuffed up my lights before they originally done them. No one answered the phone for 3 days DURING BUSINESS HOURS and i called 5 times a day. So i texted the number and they got back to me and after telling them what i wanted and there being days in between the message for them to get back to me, they finally did and said that they would call me at noon and that they would resolve the matter and that it was covered under the lifetime warranty. WHATS THE POINT OF A LIFETIME WARRANTY IF ITS COMING FROM A COMPANY THAT YOU CANT EVEN GET ON THE PHONE OR A RESPONSE FROM? And from him telling me that he’ll call me at noon it is now 36 hours later and haven’t heard a word, even sending a message saying that i did not receive a phone call. I will NEVER go back to this place for any sort of service and will not let anyone i know that wants some sort of customization to their car to have it done at this poorly run establishment! And i am going to report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for their lack of holding up their so called «lifetime warranty» agreement.
And may i say that they have a video on their youtube page of the owner (a 25 year old kid) saying how their company (if you can call it that) keeps on growing and that their getting busier and busier, but what is the point if they cannot satisfied the customer. That is why they’re always to busy about holding up agreement and worried about upcoming potential business instead of the business thats right infront of them. And it looks like i am not the only one on Unilocal!that has a negative opinion on this company.

Called two hours before my appointment and cancelled it for a family issue. Which is fine but he should have rescheduled me when he called. He also said he’d call me later on in order to re schedule. No call. He called me next day and got me in the day after that. Said my car would be done at 12:30 and that he would call before it was finished. Didn’t call. I don’t live in the area and drove 40 min with a friend of mine to drop my car off/​pick it up so this whole thing was planned out for me. He calls me at 12:45 says my car won’t be done for another hour and a half to two hours. I said no because I had work. So he said I could pick it up at 2pm. I get there. It’s still not finished. They failed to tell me it was cash only over the phone. Speaking of, it’s hard to get ahold of them since they apparently don’t have an actual business phone. So I had to walk to atm across the street. 2:45 I finally get my car after waiting there. I was late for work. I had them do my tints and head light /​tail light tinting. I walk out and my headlights aren’t tinted. He said because they were hazy and they had to fix that first before they could tint it. Again, would have been nice to tell me that earlier on. He says to come back
For ANOTHER $ 20 in a few days so they can tint the headlights. So now I have to plan an entire day again to take my car back. And I paid $ 300 for them to do tints head lights and tail lights. Why was I still charged $ 300 and now have to pay an extra $ 20 next time I go back and they didn’t even do all the work? Stressful, disappointing service. I don’t recommend at all.

I have went here a couple times. First time wasn’t too bad of an experience but they made it right when I brought it back. Very very unorganized shop. Always late on dead lines by multiple days. What really made me angry was 2^nd time I brought my truck there the painted rims started peeling within 36 hours and then I also realized the hids I had paid for were never installed. Owner then told me they were back ordered and he rescheduled me multiple times because he kept canceling. To make up for it when I brought it back he said he would cut me a deal on an audio and speakers installed. They forgot to installed hids again and broke my door panel when unsuccessfully trying to install a simple head unit. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.
DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of time and money

if i could give negative stars i would. They screwed me over, and another friend that i referred to them. They sold me on things that they could not do, completely disorganized, and actually repeated the same procedure on my car 3 different times because they had a lack of communication on what was being done to my car on that day. Another review said that they didn’t wipe his car down after, let me tell you he is absolutely right. They had some sort of white residue that hardened on my black paint and it was all around the tail lights and headlights and on the hood of my car. One splotch actually had a thumb print in it that was stuck on the hood and i could not get it off. I complained about it and one of the guys got some goop and took it off. Well i bring my car in to have the next step done and guess what? they redo my freaking lights all over again for some reason and sure enough that white stuff is everywhere all over again, not to mention i had my wheels dipped and these guys got plasti dip all over my tires so they redid that and still no difference. I could plasti dip wheels better myself and without having any of the dip on my tires and i’m not even kidding. all in all i spent over 700 dollars to have my headlights tinted 3 separate times only for him to give up trying because he said one side was too oxidized. so i paid for nothing in the end… my headlights were back to stock, tail lights got smoked out 3 times and my wheels dipped. 700 bucks? definitely not worth it. To their credit i was on a payment plan to have my whole car dipped but having problem after problem with them and driving back and forth over and over so they can correct their mistakes i decided to just cut my losses. Its shocking how the expensive cars like Lamborghinis come out perfect, but if you have a run of the mill car, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else and hire anyone else to do anything. I’d rather pay a homeless guy on the corner to work on my car. beware he will sell you on things and once you pay him, you will have to threaten him with an attorney to get your money back even if he doesn’t do any work on your car. also did some things on my buddies sound system and his headlights (which looked terrible) and guess what? his electrical in his car starts shorting out. Ya real sick place LOL STAYYY AWAYYYYYYYYYYY.

This is a good shop, they do there work well, but I can’t say its the best. I asked all my friends where they got there window tints done and everyone gave me a different response, one of my friends who has a Scion Tc told me to go to Custom Sprayz. As every other place, I gave them a call and asked how much. They gave me a good price from the get go for the tints plus the lifetime warranty. They then called me and said that some other appointments have cancelled a few days before and said if I come in they can do it for cheaper. I live about a 40 minute drive from Custom Sprayz so I really did not want to drive all the way over, but since they were able to cut me a deal I said why not.
The Tints: So far so good, slightly bubbly all around, but they said in 5 – 7 days they should all be gone.
Customer Service: OK. They explain to you there process and tell you what should be done and what could be done better. They told me that my car was ready to go around 3pm so I stepped outside. 30 minutes later, still no car. They were working on another car which blocked me in and decided not to move it until the other car was done. Which I thought was sort of rude.
Something I found to be unprofessional was how they leave your car dirty at the end. It doesnt take much to just wipe the car and windows really fast before sending it out.
Would I recommend this to a friend: Maybe.
Would I come to get other jobs done: Maybe.

Had appointment at 9am on Saturday. Owner showed up late at 9:25am. No apology.
I asked to pull in the car into the garage myself (brand new 2015 STi), he rudely replied no. Fine. Employee pulling in my car, stalled it once. Fine. I was quoted $ 170 over the phone, when i got there he told me it will be $ 190. I asked him why, he said he made a mistake over the phone and he wont lower the price. So at this point my patience are gone, I told him just to give me my car back, then he finally agreed to do $ 170. Super rude owner or manager i dont know who he was. They also messed up the back window, i have a strip of 4−5″ inches on the bottom thats bubbly. One side window has a bubble too. Never going back there again even tho they offer lifetime warranty.
