I’ve been wearing corrective lenses since I was 12. And I think that is partly why I am so particular when it comes to anything dealing with my eyes. I’ve been going to this office for several years. I now live in Chicago but will still go to Dr. Vitale for my eyecare needs. I like the practice, I like the office staff, they treat me like family.
A few years back I had an issue with my eyes and was referred promptly to a opthamologist that specializes in lens disorders. Dr Vitale’s office did all the leg work, finding me a specialist that was in network for my insurance plan and even worked with the specialist’s office and scheduled the appt for me. Above and beyond what was expected, that’s for sure!
I’ve run out of contact lenses and they’ve been kind enough to give me an emergency pair before I went out of town on vacation. They help me choose frames (and I am still in love with the pair they helped me choose). I cannot speak any more highly of the office. Professional, friendly, great eye clinic.
