My husband and I recently used JetOptions for the first time. It was, simply put, one of the best customer service experiences of our lives. Gus Lira treated us like royalty from start to finish. He coordinated boxed meals for our family (we were traveling with our 2 teenaged sons) as our tight schedule would not have permitted us to eat otherwise. In addition, he made sure that our one-​way car rental was picked up by the rental company. Most importantly, significant weather issues forced us to move our departure from Airport A to Airport B to Airport C. Gus communicated promptly and with great detail as we were traveling in an unfamiliar area. Our ground crews and pilots were courteous and professional. We traveled in the Lear 31A and Gus was quite accurate in its description. As I told my husband after the trip, «It will be hard to go back to commercial!» If you’re going to fly private, fly with JetOptions. The customer service is top notch!

McAllen, TX
We just finished a trip from Mcallen, TX to Bozeman, MT. McAllen is a small airport and the operators in town were quoting me outrageous amounts. I managed to get a hold of JetOptions and I worked in particular with Gus Lira. When I received the quote for a Challenger 600 with 10 passengers, I could not believe the price. When I showed it to the 3 other operators that had quoted me, they said it was way too low, and they wouldn’t be able to do it for that price. After asking for references and checking Jetoptions out, I decided to go with them.
First, they set up 2 separate cars to pick us up at 3 different locations. We arrived early, and the jet was already in position. It was immaculate and the catering was exactly as I had ordered it. We had 3 finicky kids with us so it had to be exactly as ordered. When we arrived in Bozeman we had the 2 SUV’s (which I was unable to find) waiting for us. We extended our stay for 1 extra day and they accommodated us. The crew was great. We ran about an hour and a half late on the departure and it was no problem for them. Overall the trip was a great success. I will continue use Gus Lira and Jetoptions whenever I charter a jet. I’ve been very happy about the rate and service they provided me that I have placed several good reviews in different websites.
