Established in 2004.

Founded in 2004, KWA Construction specializes in providing general construction services for Multi Family developments of all product types. We understand that today’s Multi Family construction must blend experienced management, seasoned subcontractors, competent suppliers, and technology with the builder’s budget and the architect’s design to create quality income producing homes. KWA Construction has all the necessary resources to meet that challenge.

We strive to embrace technology-​based solutions and tools such as project management and analysis software, automated scheduling, and estimating systems. However, we also realize it’s not just budgets, materials, and labor that ensures every job is completed on time and with the highest quality standards — it’s the people.

Business Owner

Keller Webster has been a leader in the construction industry for nearly 4 decades, and is responsible for having completed over 165 multi-​family housing projects across the US representing an excess of 25,000 units. Since 2004, he has served as president and partner of KWA Construction, focused on providing the finest general construction services for multi-​family residential buildings in Texas.

His leadership within the construction industry has lead to honors that include the appointment as a Life Director of Dallas Home and Apartment Builders, a Life Director of the Texas Association of Builders and winning the 2004 TAB «Multi-​family Builder of the Year» award. He also continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Home and Apartment Builders and has been named President of the Dallas Multi-​Family Builders Council three times.
