Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs

These guys came to my restaurant for a second opinion on my oven. They said the last company that fixed my oven did a poor job and it needed to be redone. To get my money back from the last company that screwed up the job, I needed a letter stating what was wrong with the oven and what wasn’t fixed properly. Lees agreed and wrote a pretty pathetic letter with almost no detail. I then called back and requested a more detailed letter, this is when I started getting the run around. First, the supervisor named Dan was at a seminar, then he came back and the tech just so happened to be on vacation. Finally, after many calls to the office and supervisor, the supervisor Dan, said he would get this letter done on Monday or Tuesday. Of course he never called either day so I tried him on Wednesday. I left him 3 messages that day with no response. On Thursday I called the office, they called him and he actually called me back within minutes! This is when Dan Nindo I believe his name is says they aren’t going to write me a letter (which they’ve done poorly once) and they don’t want to do business with me because I’m a mom and pop shop. He said they only maintain corporate accounts. That’s not what was said when they took my «mom and pop «money. I can’t believe this guy is a supervisor. I wonder if the owner knows about this? Pathetic company, and their message on hold says things like «they go the extra mile» and «whatever it takes» this place is a joke. The only good was a phone person named Nicole. She was friendly. Other than that, absolutely terrible.
