Continuous problems with our office building being cleaned. After bringing it to the attention of the owner on multiple times, I am directly ignored. Called a meeting with him & he mentions how busy they are. Complaints from various office staff in our building most days of the week for items being missed or done incorrectly even after ‘reminding’ them of our needs. Once they changed crews, their responsibilities changed and we were told that we needed to pay $ 35 a week just to empty a dishwasher which was always done previously. Needed ceiling vents cleaned and had to remind the owner for 6 – 8 weeks, was finally direct with him & he fires back saying they haven’t been cleaned in years(not true) then sends out a sup to do it during business hours with vacuum pack which angered those with clients in their offices. Too many problems no resolution.
