Fully insured??? Really? They caused extensive damage to our 27′ privacy trees, basically stripping the entire fronts of the trees, drove their machines in our yard WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION WHILE WE WERE NOT HOME during a job they were hired to do in our neighbors yard. We ended up having to hire an attorney and eventually had to go through our insurance to go through their insurance to get a fair settlement because they were unwilling to offer fair compensation for the damages. The person that eventually came out from their insurance company to assess our yard was shocked at the damage they caused. Worse yet, Marios even drove their trucks and tore up a section of lawn in the neighbor’s yard next to us!

Terrible! Our neighbor 2 doors down hired them to take down a tree and they drive through our yard without approval and did extensive damage to our neighbor’s yard right next door and didn’t ever return our calls to address the damage they caused! Buyers beware!!!

I read all the great reviews for this Tree Service and thought I’d call for an estimate. This was back in mid August. I needed to have 2 ash trees removed due to the emerald ash borer. They were very prompt in coming out and offering an estimate. After getting 2 other estimates, I decided to make an appointment to have the trees removed.
We made a date for September 16 and on the 14^th I received a text stating that there were «mandatory changes in our schedule due to pre-​contracted municipality work that needs to be done. We will be in contact with you, with a new date to remove your ash trees.» So I waited to hear back from them.
After several weeks, I called and left several messages trying to reschedule. I never received a call back.
This week I received another text stating,“We apologize for the inconvenience, Unfortunately we will be unable to do your tree removal this season due to our log term contracts with municipalities.” I did respond saying that it was an inconvenience and unprofessional. No response.
Not sure what happened here, did they make a bad bid? close up shop? Just plain poor management, a call would have been in order — could have called and tried to work something out. I’ll never know, but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Wow! Mario’s tree service was amazing would use them again for future tree needs.

DATE OF REMOVAL — on time, and cleaned up afterwards (was worried of possible damage and would leave the area a mess NOT THE CASE)
CREW — excellent, professional and fast (amazing work how they were able to take down a tree that was half dead and ready to fall)
OWNER — Mario he was there at the site able and very helpful in answering questions and even took down another tree that was not in the proposal.

Did a wonderful job and customer service was great! Would recommend to anyone! Came to my house and gave a thorough estimate and explained in detail their services. Very pleased with the results!

Great Service and Price. Quote was nearly half of the estimate I got from another company. Took my 50 Ft leaf and propeller spitting Elm down and ground stump in 1.5 hours. Very Fast. Selling my leaf blower in the spring and no more clogged gutters! Should have done this years ago but I thought it would be a few thousand. It was way under 1K.

I shopped around for 1 tree to be chopped down stump ground out, a 2^nd stump ground out and two large maple trees trimmed away from my home. I choose Mario because of the detail in his quote and pricing. The 4 companies I had he was the 2^nd lowest. I was concerned that his lower cost meant lower service but when revewing the written quotes the detail was there the others didn’t have. I made the right selection the trees and stumps are gone, the maples look beautiful and it opened up my back yard. I am so pleased with there service that I will continue to utilize them for all future work. Keep up the good work!

I recieved 3 prior quotes on removing my 30ft dead ash tree in my backbyard. From $ 2,385, $ 975, to $ 800! I won’t go on and on how I found these guys, but I’m sure glad I did. You’d think with their low price it would be some company that didn’t know what they were doing. WRONG! They have equipment were I thought, how can they charge me such a low price? 3 Trucks arrived. A massive Mack grappler truck another with a big wood chipper/​shredder and another with a trailer that had a mini motorized log grappler. They had my tree down and completely removed in 3 hours with 5 guys. It was in my backyard and it’s completely fenced in by my garage and deck. Not to mention hanging half over my neighbor’s property and power lines. There’s an opening of 5ft through the gate. They lifted the massive logs right over my garage onto their truck. Simply amazed and thank you! I’ve already given their card to 2 people. Definitely recommended and would use their services in the future. Fully insured and professional!

Marios came Thursday and gave me a detailed, thorough estimate. They called yesterday to say that there was a cancellation and they could do the work today. They arrived promptly this morning and, at almost noon, had taken down two large pine trees with grounded stumps, two dead ash trees and are finishing up a HUGE tree that no longer fit between my neighbor’s fence and my garage. They were by FAR the best estimate and the estimator, the owner’s wife, could not have been more lovely. I am so pleased with the work and the value for my money. Run, don’t walk to the phone to call them!
