We allow you to train out of the box, with your trainer, while maintaining a safe and corrective form. At NextGen Wellness Center we know working out is only a piece of the equation. We can make your life changing experience fun and rejuvenating via our Life Balance Clinic, House of Beauty or Personal Trainers.
