I have been serving this community for over a decade and my motto remains, «help me, help you». I have started my business with basic fundamentals of honesty, sincerity, understanding others concern and help them in any possible way to find the best solution.

I entertain any individual with utmost respect and gratitude with their visit. I offer well experienced service and accurate diagnostics to prevent unnecessary repairs, replacements etc.

I understand some services are unexpected, hence why I strive to keep realistic prices.

Anyone is welcome here as I have created an relaxed ambiance with all the needs such as spacious contemporary lounge, sofas, recliners, stools, charging station, wi-​fi, work station, TV w/​remote (yes you can flip thru all the channels you may wish to :-)) and amazing columbian coffee!

Sam is as honest as they come. He does quality work, is quick, and honest. On my most recent encounter with Sam, I had had my 3 year old car into the dealer (Wilken’s Hyundai) for repair of my side mirror that was loose. Also, the counsel on the ceiling that has my blue tooth, lights, and moon roof controls was hanging from the ceiling. Wilken’s quoted me over $ 1200 to fix these two things. Sam did both for under $ 70. Not only is he fair and honest, but he is a genuinely nice person to deal with. Customer service is very important to me, and he has mastered it.

My old mitsubishi suv had some problems, the horn didn’t work and the front hood wouldn’t open. He fixed everything up for a good price. If I took this old cousin to another place, I’m sure I would’ve been overcharged and it’s a shame that bad mechanics give the rest a bad reputation. Sam is one of the few good guys left in this business, he’ll fix your car for a fair price and won’t try to rip you off. Best part is he treats you like a friend and is always honest and upfront about issues regarding your car.

Sam’s really does it all. I’ve been to them many times and every time they are honest about what’s wrong with my car and they are super friendly. This is the best car shop I’ve delt with by far! I’m always happy with my car thanks to them. Dont waste your time going to other places. Always go to Sam’s. I know I will! :)

The Elantra was back for a dented exhaust pipe that made my car sound like a revved up Harley. Classy huh?
Same day service, more than fair price, and he even checked on my squeaky belts free of charge. I don’t enjoy going to the auto shop, but if you must go to Sam’s One Stop and he’ll take care of you like family!

I’ve been to a lot of shops in the area, living here for 29 years now. I can’t stand the trashy a holes at most shops. Sam is definitely a thousand leagues ahead of every one of his competitors in customer service and quality work. He never BS’s. and never tries to take you for your money. This is the only place ill ever bring my German cars. So far he’s serviced our BMW 335 and Mercedes e350.

Sam is the only mechanic I trust. He is super reasonable, very accomodating, and makes sure you get the best quality parts for your vehicle. He does not take advantage of customers like most mechanics– especially when you’re a girl (happens often). He is such a nice guy and I love having a reliable mechanic to go to!!! Don’t hesitate– give him your business, you will not be disappointed.

I went to this place yesterday since my wipers stopped working. I actually went to another mechanic shop first and he told me I would need brand new wiper motor and quote me close to $ 750 with parts and labor. I wanted a second opinion so my dad recommended I go to Sam’s one stop shop auto. I ended up taking my car there the same day and he took some time but determined I didn’t need to get a new wiper motor and was able to realign the track with the existing wiper motor. He saved me a lot of money and now wipers work so great. I will def go to Sam’s One Stop Auto for my auto repair needs. He’s very professional and courteous to his customers. The place is pretty nice for a mechanic shop. Plenty of space to sit either watch TV or do your work which I was able to do while I waited there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to get their car repaired.

I always get super stressed when it comes to car trouble, I know nothing about cars. Sam’s on Stop Auto put me at ease. Not only are all the staff very friendly they are also very knowledgable. Sam explained everything to me in words I can understand, I felt very comfortable.
I have had my car repaired here a hand full of times and it is alway very affordable. I live in Chicago so it’s a little far but worth trip.

This is the absolute best mechanic in the Chicago Metro Area. I drive 65 miles round trip because I know the prices are honest, accurate, and cheap. The work done here is first rate and Sam, the owner, wants to make sure you never have to come back in for the same problem.
He called me several times to ensure the work he did on my 1980 Honda Prelude kept that car running and without issue. Since his work on that car, I have taken a 1978 Mercury Bobcat and 2001 Honda Accord to him.
All the work done was first rate and perfect. In fact, I got quoted $ 9000 for the repairs on my Honda Accord only to have Sam do the exact same work for $ 1500.
I went from buying a new car to keeping the same trusty car that has been in my family for 11 years.
I can’t say enough about the quality of work and the quality of people who work here!

So I take my car to Nissan for an Oil Change. Afterwards they tell me I need new brake pads and calipers. I go home check my paperwork, and it has only been 25k miles sine my last brake job. Usually, I get 50k miles between brake jobs (I currently have 70k on the brakes for my Honda).
I get some bogus explanation and was quoted roughly $ 600 for the repair.
I reached out to a friend who referred me to Sam’s One Stop Auto. Although Sam’s One Stop was out of my way, I got the job done for $ 275.
I am very pleased. Sam (the owner) is very nice. The shop is not the prettiest place to hang out, but hey you will save some money.
It has been 3 weeks and so far so good.
I really recommend this place. I just wish I was closer to me !
