Smashburger

I love Smashburger. Today I had the Classic Smash and Smashfries. I love the fries there kinda like truffle fries. I also had the Raspberry Tea it was a little too sweet but added some non sweet tea to it and it was perfect. The staff is always friendly and has good customer service.

I had to finally go here after hearing so much about it for so long. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. The staff at this location are what really made it awesome for me. They were so overwhelmingly welcoming and helpful it was a refreshing surprise. The food was brought right out to our table within about five to ten minutes of us ordering it. We needed some extra blue cheese and sauces and they brought it right out with no questions or charging us any extra. The fry selection there is amazing, and I realy enjoyed the parmesan garlic… if I remember that correctly. My buddy had the hot fries and they were really good with some extra hot sauce. We both got the bacon and blue cheese chicken sandwiches. I don’t know why I just wanted chicken. It was really good after throwing on the extra sauce and blue cheese. I devoured it. In addition, they had the Honest Tea tea selection, and I got the raspberry or strawberry I believe. It was so freaking good! I’ll definitely be going back to this place, and next time I’ll have to actually try a burger.

First time at Smash Burgers– good service and friendly staff. I ordered the Spicy Jalapeño Baja and Smash Fries. Since it’s my fist time here I wondered why the chicken breast was flat out smashed and so hence the name Smash, i Think… The chicken sandwich just ok and was not spicy. The fries are too thin for my liking and too crispy. The fries seasoning is alright. Seems as they make everything fresh so that’s a plus. Joint was pretty full, guess it’s popular.

Love smash burger! Whether you get a burger or chicken, they are all delicious options. I’ve gotten a grilled smash chicken avocado club and it’s my newest favorite on the menu. The shakes are delicious too!

This was my second visit. Smashburger appears clean and polished, from the tables to the counter help. The food however, again, failed to impress.
My large classic smash was served on the same bun used on the regular size. Over an inch of meat hung over all the way around. I get it. It’s a ton of meat, and you want to show it off, however this mismatch causes an unstable burger, further complicated by the copious puddle of something called smash sauce. The taste of the sauce is no problem — it actually has very little, but it works its way outside the bun to the edges of the meat coating your hand, your serving tray, just about everything. It’s really difficult to consume this sandwich slowly, as the mess just gets worse the longer you take. The standard egg bun stays together, barely.
As for the «garlic-​olive oil-​rosemary» sweet potato fries? They just came across as greasy — almost no taste.

Great burger, great price, #everybitematters ! I really loved it. Stop here when you can.

That was a good burger!
My first time to visit Smashburger and they hit it out of the park with the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger. The fries were good too. I plan to revisit them again this week for another one.
The staff was courteous and the food came out fast and hot.
The location was clean and we’ll kept.
You should definitely check these burgers out!

I likes this place, you can create your own sandwich and add whatever you like. Also, their burger is fresh and you can feel the real taste of meat unlike the fast food places.

My fiancé and really like this place. We come usually to get their Salted Caramel shakes and their veggie frites but we mostly really like the service. All the staff is charismatic and nice! Today we got helped by Max and Hillary and they were super nice. Even after some people complained about some petty stuff (who has time to complain about burgers and fast food in general?) they still managed to keep a smile on their face for us. Good food and even better service.

Good burgers and better fries.
I’ve been here three or four times and get the same thing, bacon cheeseburger and fries.
I need to branch out and try some of the other burgers they have, but just haven’t.
These are very good tasting burgers and the fries are awesome. I do agree that the price might be just a little high for the size of the burger you get, but it is tasty.
The restaurant has always been clean each time I’ve been in and staff is been friendly.
I think the wait time for the burger is usually no more than six or seven minutes, give or take.

Awesome burger. My first in Texas. Mack was the server. Super friendly and gave loads of info on what makes this place unique.

This place is good but pricey they have no combos. I purchased a buffalo and blue cheese burger with a strawberry shake which is prepared with haggan Daz ice cream and the smash fries which are shoe string French Fries with rosemary and olive oil it cost $ 14.00. That’s a lot for one person

Ate here again with the same friend on a Friday during our lunch hour. Again, right at noon, it’s not too busy and we found a booth to sit in. I did a create my own smashchicken, a variation on the buffalo and blue cheese: red hot buffalo sauce, crumbled blue cheese, red onion, pickles, smashsauce and grilled chicken on a chipotle bun with fried pickles on the side. Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious as always. They did forget to put the red hot buffalo sauce on but quickly got me a side once I brought it to their attention. Fried pickles were meh — I’ve had way better elsewhere. Once we left just before 1pm, it was super busy and there were no available seats.

Not terrible, not great. I wish my burger was more juicy. Didn’t live up to the hype that i heard.

I an so beyond happy right now with the service we received. Everyone dreads walking into a restaurant at 9:30 PM especially when you know they’re closing, the kitchen staff is probably already cleaning house, and there are two girls running around taking out trash bags, making shakes and taking your order.
I walked in with my husband, both indecisive on what option we wanted and Tish (the girl up front) couldn’t have made us feel any more welcomed. She slowed down, chatted with me about new menu options, smiled and even after ordering she continued to make sure I was fully satisfied with my order, even offering to change it if I wanted.
All in all– this review is given on customer service which honestly couldn’t have been any better!

Love the food. Love the service. But the dudes on the cashier line have a communication problem. We (a lot of us) couldn’t understand everything they said. Mush mouth syndrome. Everyone on line was saying «what?».
Closer examination revealed the chewing gum. Spit it out dudes.

With so many burger joints and chains in existence, it is hard to choose where you want your burger from! I particularly think that Smashburger is a solid choice every time.
I decided to go with a vegetarian option just to mix it up and I had the Avocado ranch black bean burger. It was very filling and delicious! It took an extra minute or two to get the order out to me, but I hope that meant that it was the extra time it took to make the burger better! Either way, it was very good. The regular fries are thinner and crunchier than the typical fry, and are very tasty.

Every SmashBurger I’ve been to is great and this location is no different. Freshly made on each order, the regular sized burgers are large and so are the order of fries. The smash fries are the best fries I’ve ever eaten. The service was quick and if you eat in they serve the food to your table and check up to refill your drinks if needed. I’m addicted !
