At Sweet Frog we carry fourteen different flavors of yogurt and over 70 topping choices. We always have at least one non-dairy option and several gluten free options.
The ice cream had a watery taste. Especially the mango. Overall I was disappointed. First time I don’t finish an ice cream yogurt.

It was ehhh. Nothing particularly wrong but not great. They didn’t have mochi, which I feel is a froyo staple.

There is something about«buffet’ style ice cream/frozen yogurt that I can’t resist! Back in Brazil(the Texas of Brazil) there are many of these shops around. Not cute as this one, but I think better ice creams and toppings. I know, you are not going there so let’s keep to what we have on hand! Super cute store, it is like a happy place in case you need one. The frozen yogurt flavors were not super interesting(vanilla blah, strawberry meh and so on) BUT at the end of the line they had mango, pomegranate and another nice one. Why I do not remember? Well, I’ll tell you why. I get ice cream/frozen yogurt or whatever to the minimum because what I really want is to top everything with huge amounts of toppings, that’s why, silly! All the syrups possible(and they have creamy marshmellow!!! Omg omg omg!) And nuts and fruits and candies, all the good stuff. But(insert sad face here) some of the syrups jars were or empty or not working properly! Hot chocolate fudge, caramel, strawberry… all VERY important to the final mountain were almost or impossible to get. I was little disappointed because of that, but overall a good place!

Two machines were completely out of yogurt. They were mopping with something that smell horrible. Sauces were messy and the countertops were covered in sticky, drying messes. The«cold» toppings weren’t. If the cookie dough nuggets are wet and sticking to each other, then it’s not cold enough. It’s feral.

This location seems to always be dirty and none of the employees ever act professional. The past few times I’ve been in most of the toppings were empty and when I asked for some strawberries he said he wasn’t sure if they had anymore. When I asked if he could check he gave me attitude and said he wasn’t working on his day off even though he was behind the counter. Never going to this location again.

Cute little fro-yo spot, liked their flavor options but the cake batter one is the best

We stopped into this location this evening and was a little surprised. We have visited other Sweet Frog locations and they typically have high standards. These franchises are not cheap to buy into at all. I wonder if the franchise owner is aware how this location looked tonight. When we entered there was an overwhelming smell of some type of cleaning chemical which is not inviting or making you want yogurt. The strange thing is with smells that strong you would expect to have a place as clean as a surgical room… well not so much. The floors are dirty with stains, dirty, sticky stuff, and even yogurt all over the place. The benches and seats look like they had not been whipped down in some time. There was hair strings on the benches where we sat down. The ceiling in the front corner by the entrance is hanging down with damaged drywall and paint hanging down. It seems like the location is in trouble and money is not being spent to keep it up. That’s the feel and impression I received. Looking at the run down inside plus the opening with the missing machine. The yogurt area had one of the openings not being used with a machine and stuff with some type of maybe old marketing. Does not make for a good first impression. The little bar for putting on your fixins was not very fresh and some items were not very well stocked. The waffle cone pieces for example were strangely soft and mussy like they had been exposed to moisture some how. The yogurt itself we had was acceptable and tasted fine. The employee at the register was friendly and processed the purchase. I hope you are able to step it back up to the traditional Sweet Frog standards as we live close by and do enjoy the brand.

Yogurt land is Carrollton is still better. Ambience is just ok compared to the new and more modern yogurtand. Staff is somewhat friendly. The flavors are nothing to write home about. I probably would prefer other places before this one. Maybe they will up their game soon.

OK on a hot day. This is the mecca for families and children on weekends! So be patient. The young ladies working the counter were very sweet though & helpful. They had biscotti gelato which I thought was super delicious when I sampled it… didn’t buy it but good to know when you want something more decadent. I liked the vanilla and cake batter. The toppings needed work and tidying up a bit. But I would return. Simply because there are hardly any more yogurt options in this area.

Overwhelming smell of cleaning products, floor is super sticky, not a very clean place. Fro yo… meh…kind of watery. None of the toppings looked fresh. The waffle peices were horrible had to throw them out. Girl was leaned over the counter on her cell phone. Step it up Sweet Frogs! You’re in Addison! Expected better.

Not a bad little shop as far as yogurt places go. They’re topping selection is pretty good and the kids were happy. Place was clean. The only thing it was missing was a water fountain to refresh the pallet.

Good selections. Fair price. Nice staff. Overwhelming scent of what I can only guess was fabuloso cleaning products. We used them years ago at a place I worked and the scent is distinctive. Overpowering. I can’t say this is a negative hit, because hey the place is clean– but it was intense. My brother actually noted the smell, and that he also felt the fruit had been sitting out a while. He had put kiwi and strawberries on top and after eating one scraped them. Keep the fruit chilled!

$ 6 of sadnesses. It was super watery and toppings didn’t look fresh. I did mention it to the cashier but wasn’t very helpful. I was extremely disappointed. This was first and last time visiting this location. Mango and Peach tasted awful. Cheesecake bites tasted like butter!

I had a craving for something different. First, I didn’t want to have ice cream because I’m trying to watch my figure for the summer. LOL. Second, I didn’t want to go to my usual Braum’s to get their frozen yogurt. Is this the most healthy thing ever? Probably not, but much better than ice cream and less fat, just watch the toppings . Okay, where do I start? The creamy, true to taste cotton candy? Or how about the pomegranate? Or maybe the cheesecake ? All three flavors were randomly picked, but were the most flavorful I’ve had in frozen yogurt in a very long time! The cotton candy is by far my favorite though. Sweet Frog is set up as any other frozen yogurt stop, but the flavors are just much better ! You weigh your yogurt by the ounce as most of the yogurt shops do. I will most certainly be back!

Stopped by there today after lunch. ½ of their machines were out of order. The flavors that they did offer were ok, but all of them were a consistency of sherbert, not the frozen yogurt like i am used to. I got the mango which flavor wise was pretty good, but like i said i was more icy than creamy. Toppings were sparce too. I paid as much for a small as i do a medium at their competitors. I think Yogurtville and Yogurtland are way better than this place.

Love this place! Very large selection of toppings and probably one of the cheapest fro yo places I’ve been to. Very friendly staff too!

I’m not sure what to say. I sampled every flavor and the only one that was decent was the Cookies and Cream. I don’t see why or how Sweet Frog got high ratings. The flavors were all«off» as if there were artificial ingredients in them.

I think my taste buds aren’t compatible with Sweet Frog. It could have been a bad day but I had trouble finding a flavor I liked. I hated their cake batter(tasted like play dough), despised their watermelon, and their original tart tasted off. Their strawberry was weird too. A lot the flavors tasted artificial to me. The cookie and cream was the best out of all the flavors I tried. The store itself is very clean, cute, and inviting. I loved all the cute frog motifs and the toppings available were pretty abundant. There are a lot of people that enjoys SF, I just happen to not be one of them. Please don’t let me deter you from trying it– I’m just letting you know that I’ve had better.

I was a virgin to the whole have it your way frozen treat day concept! Sweet Frog was my first and now I’m kind of a stalker. I couldn’t believe I could get as much as I wanted and top it with everything I could ever imagine. There was cookie dough, marshmallow sauce, chocolate sauce, peanut butter sauce, strawberries, cheesecake, pound cake, all candies known to man, Reese’s peanut butter cups and more!!! I made a cup of peanut butter fro-yo with peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips, peanut butter sauce, marshmallow sauce, and chocolate sauce. Then on the other side of the cup I poured wedding cake ice cream, cookie dough, and chocolate sauce. My only complaint(aside from the expected sugar high and stomach cramps) was that the wedding cake frozen yogurt was so good that it really shouldn’t have been topped with all that crap! It really would have been more fantastic plain. Oh well, I’ve been having a great time visiting and trying new creations. The possibilities are endless and soooooooooooooo yummy! I even bought a T-shirt…and a lunch box. Do they have a punch card? I’m all in! The staff is also very nice and very accommodating. I had a small party there and they were wonderful. They cleaned and wiped things down throughout the shift and even changed out the bucket of candy the little kids played in while I watched via peripheral vision! Parents, control your kids! I don’t want to hurt any feelings behind the most perfect buffet of goodness I’ve ever seen. In the end, I usually spend about $ 5 for my creations.

Good yogurt choices and clean. They have the toppings that most of the other self-serve yogurt shops have. Oh, and they have T-Shirts, which are great if you are in the market for a t-shirt with frogs on it. We went on a cold night, so I probably would have enjoyed Sweet Frog more if it were a warm day. Nonetheless, it will hit the spot if you are on the prowl for fro-yo.
