As a Mind-Body Performance Specialist, I help my personal training clients achieve new levels of performance for any goal from athletic excellence to simply gaining the strength and mobility to accomplish the day’s tasks without aches & pains. Better yet, my methods won’t break down your body, so you’ll actually feel as good as you look and you’ll always be ready to go when life (or competition) calls. After all, what good does your training do if you’re always exhausted from it?
I believe that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all training program, so I work hard to deliver a customized approach for every client and their specific goals. Depending on your needs, this could include functional exercise, athletic performance training, posture & alignment correction, body-weight /TRX training, myofascial release techniques, rehabilitation /corrective exercise, yoga, meditation, or anything else that may be necessary for your individual goals. I am not a drill sergeant and my job is not to «break» you — my goal is to help you reach your goals in the most efficient, effective way possible.
History
Established in 2006.
After training at a few large gyms and then working as an independent trainer and in-home personal trainer for 5 years, I founded my own personal fitness & wellness center (A&W Fitness) in Addison in 2011 with co-owner Josh Amora.
Since we only offer personal services, there are no memberships — you only pay for your training. You can also enjoy privacy without ever having to set foot in a busy, over-crowded gym.

I am definitely not your typical personal trainer — I am much more of a passionate teacher than I am a drill sergeant. After spending 5 years in corporate gyms and doing in-home personal training, I opened my own personal training center (A&W Fitness) in 2011.
I’ve never been one to follow the masses (especially in the myth-infested field of fitness), so having my own space allows me to design every detail around my own unique methods. I have obsessively studied and practiced everything from athletic training to yoga so that I can deliver the best possible results to my clients.
Education:
–Studied Fitness & Wellness at California University as an undergrad, and currently nearing completion of MS in Exercise Science & Health Promotion (with a concentration in Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention)
