My wife and I are first time homebuyers and were not looking forward to buying in Dallas with how quickly things move. Zane was great in finding what we wanted, showing it quickly, and coaching us through the offer. The first house we had under option ended up having a bunch of issues, and Zane jumped right back and found us a new candidate. It had been put up that afternoon and we saw it that evening. Zane did everything on his end to get our offer in promptly, and even got the seller to wait for our final and best when I couldn’t be reached while out hunting. We closed yesterday and are moving in today. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Zane has been and continues to be an amazing realtor for us! My wife and I began the process of looking for homes several months ago and found Zane. He organized a «First Time Homebuyer» meeting with an insurance person and lender. This was when we knew that he would be on our side from day 1.
We were not quite ready to jump in full time at looking at homes but told him we were interested in North Dallas (Addison, Plano, Flower Mound, Grapevine, etc…) He stayed in touch with listings here and there and waited for us to get serious.
We decided to take a look at building a house in Lantana and immediately hired Zane to help facilitate that. He was an excellent facilitator and organizer of the process and did very well at negotiations!
We’ve signed on the house and about to start the build process. Zane still checks in and is here through every step.
