Established in 2004.

Jeff Willet has been involved in bodybuilding and Fitness since 1990. During his competitive career, he won numerous titles including the 2003 overall NPC Team Universe Championship which earned him the elite status of IFBB Pro Bodybuilder. What makes Jeff’s bodybuilding accomplishments even more amazing is the fact that he is a lifetime drug free competitor.

In 2004 Jeff brought his unique experience and expertise back to his home town of Adrian, Michigan and opened Jeff Willet’s Powerhouse Gym. In addition to owning and operating his gym, he has developed and continues to produce an extensive line of instructional products as well as one on one coaching services.

Jeff’s training techniques have inspired body transformations all over the globe and at Jeff Willet’s Powerhouse Gym, you have the rare opportunity to work exclusively with one of the greatest drug free bodybuilders in history.

Jeff’s been involved in bodybuilding and Fitness since 1990. During his competitive career, he’s won numerous titles including 3 national championships. His most notable win was the 2003 overall NPC Team Universe Championship where he earned the elite status of IFBB Pro Bodybuilder. He’s also had the distinct honor of representing the USA on 3 national bodybuilding teams. What makes his bodybuilding accomplishments very unique is the fact that he is a lifetime drug free competitor.

In addition to owning and operating the gym, he’s developed an extensive line of instructional products as well as one on one coaching services that have spanned far beyond the bodybuilding world. His materials have been purchased by Penn State University, Texas A&M, NFL franchises, The National Department of Defense and many other institutions and organizations from a variety of fields.
