Just went there by boat today to check out the new remodel. That was great but the service was bad — food was bad. They used to have great wings and now it’s nuggets and they are horrible. Too bad cause it has so much potential. Bummer

Yep– it’s a dive at best, service suck’s, due to large crowd’s and few wait staff. Good help is hard to find around here. Food is basic frozen tasting food service product’s. Blah. As you well know, after being out on the lake boating and drinking beer and liquor all day, drunk people will eat anything!

When this place is busy, it’s busy. There isn’t many reviews on this place but let this Elite share his views and experience. Key note: Management has to do a better job in maintaining their staff. Talking with locals, this place is commonly under staff.
Sum it up, if you are hungry or have time constraints don’t go to this place.
On my visit to Ugly’s there was 1 waitress and 1 bartender running the whole place. From the moment we sat down, it took 20 minutes to place an order and another 45−1hr for the food to arrive, 15 minutes to get the bill and another 10 – 15 minutes to pay.
Beside the lack of service, the view is nice. Lake side property.

Hit and miss here! Don’t waste your gas unless you ck and double ck their hours!
Service has always sucked and the place is filthy! But., it is on the water, burgers are good and reasonable… if you can get them!
