So you never rented a house to anyone in Newbury Park who had all of the issues listed above? With a landlord going by the first name or Terri? With the move-​in date of June 1st, 2012? I would say you have a short-​term memory or simply forget issues that you feel are going to resolve themselves. The negative review is completely true and I am not a competitor of his or looking to drag his name through the mud, but an actual client of his. These are facts and nothing but facts. If you want me to attach the email that I had sent to you with the endless list of issues we encountered upon move-​in, I’d be happy to include that.

David is truly a gem of an agent who has been infinitely patient with us and our pickiness over choosing a home to rent. He knows the Conejo Valley like the back of his hand, which is helping us make an informed decision about where to live. He is upbeat and confident in his ability to make something work. He seems to know everyone in the area and everyone trusts him, so his vouching for us as great renters has been a Godsend. David is the best at what he does, is personable, has a small town familiarity even with the massive size of Ventura County, and he is going the extra mile in helping my husband and I find a home. I recommend him highly and wish every town had a caring agent like him to help people find a safe haven during the difficult transition involved with moving.
