We Rock the Spectrum

Visited for the first time yesterday, with our daughter and her best friend. They had a BLAST. What a fun fun fun place! And the owner could not have been sweeter. She was nice enough to let us try our first visit for free, she kept checking in with us and even helped me take my daughter down the zip-​line when she was nervous to try it out! Was extremely clean and all the equipment and toys were in great shape. The play kitchen area was a huge hit was well. Will definitely be one of our new go-​to places!

I am a caretaker of a 4? year old. And I o beat the heat we visited WRTS… What fun. From trampolines. Swings, zip lining, to dramatic play, puzzles, arts and crafts! What cool idea! The moms and grandmas were so chill. The owner Dana and her chiLdren were so kind!!! Definitely will be back!!! Loved it here!!’

We rock the spectrum is my son’s favorite place to play. There are plenty of swings, toys and even a zipline. They have a wooden train set that he loves and a mini kitchen. The place is very clean including the toys and has a natural snacks vending machine. They have two bathrooms and both are always well kept and cleaned every night. Miss Dana is so friendly and bubbly, and is always happy to help me with my two little ones. We rock the spectrum is a great play zone for kids of all ages. I highly recommend it year round :)

Wow! Yesterday, we had my daughter’s 6^th birthday party here. The new owner is amazing. She anticipated our every need, and made the party super easy and enjoyable. We have three children, and this party was for my youngest. Suffice to say, I’ve hosted many a birthday party, and this definitely tops the list. The kids had so much fun, and my husband and I finally got to enjoy the party as much as the kids, too!

My 3 year old son could spend hours on end here. He loves all the toys, zip line, trampoline, and the kids! The new owners are amazing hosts – they really care about the customer experience. Highly recommend.

Nice place for a active kids to get their energy out. We did have to leave a little early though due to a kid who wasn’t listening to his guardian or the owner. We will come back to visit again for sure.

A great place for kids and parents. My children are 5 years old and we have been enjoying Rock The Spectrum for over 2 years. The owner Dana is fantastic and very conscientious of creating a fun and safe environment for everyone. I like spending time there as a meet-​up place for playdates as well as being able to drop my kids off when I need time for myself or have appointments.

I’m a nanny for two kids ages 1, and 3. They love going to we Rock Agoura. We are there every day after school. Dana the owner is so accommodating to the kids needs and wants. She even has snacks on the counter for the kids and makes coffee for the parents. She also has a prize box that the kids can go in when they leave. If you ever need help with the zip line or 9 other swings she’s their for you. I highly recommend this place!!! It’s rocks!!!

Hi Amy, WOW I am shocked that you had that experience with Dana and the kids gym. We Rock the Spectrum in AGOURA is our absolute favorite spot! I have 3 girls ages 6, 3 and 2 and we’ve been going to that gym since day 1 when Dana took over ownership. She is absolutely incredible in every way. We use her for break time and open play and she is always SO accommodating and loving to me and my girls! I am so thankful we have that place to call our second home!

On April 28, 2016, I took my toddler to WRTS Agoura Hills for the first time. I purchased a 3 pass deal at the time, and on our way out, an employee handed us a brochure with a free pass. Fast forward a couple of weeks, on May 16, 2016, my nanny took my toddler and used the free pass. An hour or so after they returned, I received a call from the owner, Dana Aghassi. She informed me that because we’ve already been once, the free pass was no longer valid, as it was for first time customers only. I told her I did not take the brochure myself, but one of the employees had handled it to me on the way out the door. I did not realize I had to read the fine print. I would have been perfectly happy for her to just deduct a visit from our 3 pass deal, however the entire 20 minutes we were on the phone, Dana made me feel awful. She kept raising her voice at me, telling me to stop talking and to listen to her, she was extremely passive aggressive, and very defensive the entire time. Over and over again, she asked me why I would use the free pass if I had purchased a 3 pass deal. I don’t feel like I needed to justify my reasoning for use a free pass before my purchased passes (that have no expiration!). She made me feel as if she was doing me a big favor if she «let this one slide this one» by allowing me to use the free pass. She even told me there were other parents in the gym listening to our conversation who agreed that she is being very fair to me. How unprofessional is it to «poll» other parents while on a private phone conversation?
Dana was very hostile to me over the phone and she absolutely does not embody the nature and spirit of WRTS. I am sure I was not the first person to unknowingly use a free pass without reading the fine print, but I am certain I did not deserve to be verbally punished for it. WRTS has a motto of «Finally a place where you never have to say I’m sorry.». Unfortunately, this is not the case for me. I will be saying I’m sorry. I’m sad to say I am sorry. I’m sorry, I will never return to the Agoura Hills location, and I will encourage my mommy friends to take their children to other indoor gyms/​play places that provide a safe and nurturing environment for both kids and parents. I am happy to forfeit my remaining passes and take my business elsewhere. I am writing this review in hopes that no one else has to experience the wrath of Dana Aghassi like I did.

This place was fantastic! The kids and parent had a blast! The equipment and toys are really clean and in great condition. So much to do, loved the zip line and the dress up area. The little mini exercise equipment were awesome! Tons of different things for the kids to do, big and small. Dana and Henry are fabulous! They are so friendly and make you feel completely at home… which is a good thing because your kids will never want to leave! Looking forward to going again soon.

This is a great place with quite a lot to do. Probably best for 5 and under as my 6 year old got bored pretty easily. Management is very kind and facility is spotless and air conditioned!

My 3.2 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time here today. We were there for over 3 hours and I had to «force» her to leave. I came at the suggestion of a friend and I am glad I decided to check it out. We do not live super close by (Moorpark) but honestly, we will be very happy to come here often.
Dana offered me coffee when I asked if there was a place to grab some close by… and to her I say THANK YOU!!!
There is the opportunity to drop off your child and I saw a Yoga studio and nail place that I could check out while my daughter is playing her little heart out. I am apprehensive to leave her if there were a lot of other kids, but the adults seemed pretty attentive.
Lastly, I had no idea the place was geared towards EVERYONE including kids on the Spectrum (the name makes more sense now), and I have to say it made me very happy. I want my kid to grow up seeing as many different kinds of people as she can, so she can be the best person she can be with an open heart and mind.
We will be returning for many playdates! Thanks Dana, nice to meet you!

This place is so great! It is really clean and well maintained. The owners and really friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you and your child are well taken care of. There is also so much for your littles to do. There is a dress up station, a trampoline, a little car roller coaster, tunnels, lots of different types of swings, a net climbing area, other miscellaneous toys to play with, and more.

Super fun place that my kids enjoy! I have 2 kids, one 7 and another 1 yr old and they both enjoy this place. Plus, the owners are so friendly and nice. They make everyone feel like family. Super clean too!

Truly a special place to bring your child, particularly toddlers! The opportunities for safe physical exploration are very unique. Crazy fun variety of swinging platforms, zip-​line and trampoline for young explorers. More traditional role-​play, cars/​trains, etc too. The owners are delightful! Thanks for allowing outside food & drink!

Dina is running a great place for kids! We love it. It’s very clean, the staff is wonderful, and the toys and equipment are fun and engaging. My child could spend hours here!

We are so pleased to have found a place where we can drop off the kids with total confidence. The new owners put in a gate which should have been done a long time ago… The gym is so clean and my kids have so much fun there. The new owners are so sweet and when I walk in the gym I feel a whole new vibe. If you haven’t been there you must go.

This play gym is good for a variety of ages. They have soft toys for the younger children and exercise equipment for the older ones. Seeing my daughter go down the zip line for the first time was so cool!
They had different packages for parties, we chose the one without the zip line because our daughter was too young at the time but it’s a must have for older kids. She loves gymnastics and her friends all come here for play dates so it was a great choice!
We’re sad to see Jim go but the new owners are very nice! We haven’t been here in a while since a play place opened up closer to home but this is truly an age appropriate play place for our daughter. Returning here, I’m reminded of what a fun and safe place it is for children of all ages.
