This company continues to blame all the POOR work, and POOR customer service on Jack Gersch that worked for their company under their construction license. I can only imagine how many job sites are out there with defects that could cause fires or injuries.

The worst of the worst of the worst. This guy has no license, no permits, no insurance, and what’s worse: no commitment.
He has delayed our pool project not by weeks but by month until we finally had to finish the pool with other contractors. The entire time to give me deadlines. But he did not keep them and we had to postpone over and over and over again.
We finally found other contractors and subcontractors to finish the job. What an asshole, what a jerk and what a lier.
Now I have to sue his insurance to get money back from overpayments on jobs that Jack Gersh never finished. If there is a hell for bad contractors, I wish wish him to go there and stay there for a Eternity.
And all the the 5 star reviews: fake written by Jack Gersh for Jack Gersh. He’ll shall be your home

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Had the pool remodeled by Jack. Nightmare. Nightmare.Nightmare.
It was such so stressful and the entire procedure was just painful. I don’t want to lay out pages and pages of complaints because it is not worth my time. I can fill a booklet with all the complaints.
Bottom line is he doesn’t deliver on time he doesn’t show up to work, he doesn’t keep any time tables, and his workers come in the morning and leave and pretend they have been ‘re working the whole day.
Nothing moving for months and months!
Wouldn’t recommend this person to the devil.

Jack and his crew did a great job on our pool. We had a huge crack in the pool wall which caused water to leak out. Over time, the surrounding pool deck began to sink. Our intention was to only have Jack fix the crack to stop the leaking. But without any pressure, he pointed out all the issues with the pool. Our filter was working way too hard because our old pool only had one water return. Furthermore, there return was only 1″ and it should be 3″. He also pointed out that our drain was not up to code. Basically, we had an old pool that needed to be brought up to speed. Jack fixed the crack, replastered the whole pool, updated the drains, installed a more efficient filter, installed a new light with new electrical and the best addition– the Baja bench. I was pregnant at the time and he had recommended the baja shelf so the little one can play in that area and it was such a great recommendation. We can’t wait to use it once summer comes.
Overall, he was very responsive, organized, reasonable and just simply easy to talk to about project concerns. His customer service was top notch. He completed the project within 2 weeks, at the end of October. In January, we saw the pool light wasn’t turning on and contacted him. He got one of his guys to come right away and take care of the glitch. We would definitely use him again. Pool repairs/​upgrades do cost a chunk of change so be sure you get the quality work for your money!

Jack just finished transforming my back yard to paradise. Jack had recently finished multiple homes in my neighborhood and after speaking to my neighbors, I decided to go with Jack to do a complete remodel of my backyard. I have been incredibly happy with my decision to go with Wavecrest. Throughout this process Jack has always been available whenever I need to speak to him. Furthermore multiple changes were made because it did not meet his quality standards. Most of these, I could not see until the change was made but he wanted to make sure that the backyard was perfect. I would recommend Jack highly. Lastly, he still continues available whenever I need to speak to me. He is great pool builder and now a good friend.

I began looking for pool contractors in late February to re do my pool prior to a huge event I was having in June. I found Wavecrest Pools because of their signs posted on 4 other homes in my neighborhood.
I interviewed 5 different pool contractors including Wavecrest Pools and told each of them what I wanted and my vision for my backyard. I was offered a free design and drawing by each company as long I booked their company.
I conducted my research of each contractor and based on my research and meeting a representative from each company, I decided to hire Jack Gersh and Wavecrest Pools. He provided me with a computer generated drawing of what my completed pool would look like. It was stunning.
I am very picky and kind of controlling when it comes to construction projects and what I want. I found Jack to be very responsive to my needs and wants regarding what I had envisioned for the re-​design of my pool. He was honest and clear on what each step of the project would entail, including pricing. They weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive and absolutely nothing was hidden.
Every person on the job site from start to finish was always professional. They completed my project on my projected date and really came through the week before my event in making sure everything was perfect. The pool turned out awesome and even better than I had envisioned. Even after the project was complete, Jack was and still is responsive to my questions and any needs I have.
I would absolutely recommend Wavecrest Pools for your dream backyard.

I had Wave Crest design and build my outdoor kitchen two years ago. I was so pleased with their creativity and ability to build the kitchen of my dreams that I had them return this year to create a new patio/​pool/​spa/​fire pit. I am beyond thrilled with the results! Jack has the rare ability of listening to his client’s wishes and fulfilling them. He is also quick to share his creative insight and suggest options that have exceeded my expectations. His crews have always been on time, cleaning up at the end of each day and have consistently taken great pride in their craft. Throughout the construction Jack has communicated the expectations of the progress, has always been quick to answer calls and has been on-​site for evaluations. This entire process has been so positive that I consider them my extended family and wish I had more projects for them. I am 110% satisfied with their amazing work and strongly recommend Jack and his fabulous company!

Just got a pool designed by them in a matter of weeks. Looks awesome, the infinity pool function is strong and working perfectly. Professional and very well mannered team. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a swimming pool!
