Chien is truly a master of his craft. He has the unique ability to assess the ailment without you having to say a word. Then he goes to work. Provides the essential therapy needed and you are left feeling like your in your teens again. That’s how I feel. I didn’t book another appointment until I had pain again, but I am convinced now that I need monthly maintenance to keep my body free of blockages. That is what he does. He frees your body of the blockages that restrict the blood flow causing pain and contractures. He has a different philosophy from Western medicine which is why the holistic approach to healing is the preferred solution before surgery. According to chien, the body breaks it’s natural meridian channels after surgery making it significantly more difficult to heal the debilitating area. However, if all you want is a feel good massage then he can do that too.

This was my second time seeing Master Chien. I swear I felt really good. He massaged me really well especially in areas that were sore (ex. shoulders and neck). You won’t regret going to him. I plan on going to him for future massages. Also you learn something new every time you go to him. And he is so polite.

This is my first 5 stars. And this is also my first time going to see a chiropractor. I was hella skeptical when I went in for my appointment. My boyfriend went to him a week ago and he said he felt better after his appointment too. So anyway I walked in to the room and he asked me about my lifestyle and my occupation (I watch and carry babies for my job so I’m always on my feet bouncing them). Then I layed down on the table and he did various things such as feeling where my pain was then he cracked my back and my neck and stretched my hips and legs. Afterwards when I stood up I was mind blown. My back (which was hurting previously before I layed down) wasn’t aching anymore. This was utterly confusing to me because I’m more of a medical person meaning I kept thinking it was something internal, maybe my kidneys. But after today my back feels so much better. I am a believer now.

Best massage. This was only my second time but it was awesome. Both me and my husband got massages. We visited his office located in the Aiea heights medical building because we made appointments to get the 1– hour massage. It was so peaceful and quite also cool and I didn’t even have to tell him where I had pain he already knew and went straight into working on my problem areas. Me and my husband are definitely coming back every two weeks.

Quality service and not expensive at all. She found my problem areas right away and worked on it. Got the deep tissue and now my back feels a lot better. So relaxing and she’s very professional. Didn’t have a problem making an appointment either try have availability right away. Definitely coming back.

First off, big thanks to Emi for reviewing this place! Would of never tried it out, haha! Went to see Chien last Sunday because my body was aching from a tiring work week (repairing heavy equipment). I didn’t have a reservation but he still took me in (I went about 2pm). I told him I wanted a deep tissue massage for 20 minutes. Chien also explained that he does other type of massages (shiatsu, lomi, swedish, reflexology). But I reaally needed to get my muscles worked! Before he started he rubbed some chinese herbs on my back, it felt warm, then cool, the scent was so strong that it stuck in my truck for 3 days. I didn’t mind though, everytime I stepped into my truck, it was like having aromatherapy on wheels, LOL! As for the deep tissue massage, this dude works some magic! He worked on my back, shoulders, legs, arms, neck, and even realigned my spine all in 20 minutes! He concentrated on my shoulders the longest because I think he knew it was the spot that was giving me the most problems. And I didn’t even have to tell him! After the massage I felt like a new man, best 20 minutes ever! And at an awesome price! He also put some patches on my shoulders since it was the problem area.
I highly recommend Chien, and it’s NOT GHETTO at all! Actually the stall where he’s located is kinda away from other sellers and crowd, which makes it nice and quiet. Also the breeze and sounds of leaves and trees makes it quite relaxing! Getting a massage outdoors is awesome! And yes, I will be there today… I’m hooked! You just can’t beat the price and quality of massage you’re going to get!

If you are a fan of massage then pay attention because I’ve found a little gem that sparkles as bright as Britney Spear’s dancing hot pants. Today I discovered a man named Chien who gives amazing massages at an unbelievably low price. If you’re someone who loves high end spas that serve champagne and $ 200 treatments then stop reading because this is not for you. If you’re looking for value and a wonderful little business then keep going because I want to tell you about Chien.
Russ M turned me and my BF onto Chien and his amazing pair of hands. He has a booth at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet (Yes I know you’re rolling your eyes right now but cut it out or else you’re going to be sent to Unilocal prison where we make you read only one line reviews about chain restaurants) at you guessed it — Section 6 Row C Stall 23. Chien gives 20 minute massages for $ 16 every weekend from his little booth at the stadium. At first I was a bit apprehensive because like most of you reading this I thought «Gheeeeeeettttooooo! Who the heck gets a massage at the swap meet?!» Well thankfully I have a friend like Russ M who has impeccable taste and a knack for finding little gems at great prices or else I would have missed out on meeting Chien.
We went to the Aloha Stadium this morning at 9 am because if you don’t sign up by then he’s booked all day long. He sort of has a little following of his own so he books up quickly. I didn’t really know what to expect but he’s got a full massage table and about as nice of a set-​up as you can get at the Swap Meet! He’s no freaky weirdo just in case you’re wondering and is actually a Civil Engineer. He gave me a shiatsu massage and worked on my neck, shoulders and back. He worked in chinese herbs into my back and put hot patches onto different problem areas. He even adjusted my back which felt amazing! All in 20 minutes! He gave my BF a deep tissue massage and my BF is ready to go back every Sunday!
Yes he’s at the Swap Meet and you might think this is ghetto but seriously people, it’s $ 20 and he makes you feel like a million bucks! Don’t expect incense or spa music because he’s got a toddler named Anderson who runs all over the place. I totally didn’t mind because his toddler played with my toddler and even though Anderson only speaks Mandarin and my son only speaks English, they got along wonderfully. His space is very clean, organized and as someone who is a germaphobe, it’s all good! I’ve gone to spas and have not gotten even close to the same amount of satisfaction that I have from this little booth. I love treats in the form of facials, pedicures and massages and it’s even better if it’s a total steal of a deal! Chien is really awesome and even donates money from his massage business to charity. If you’re at the Swap Meet taking around out of towners or looking for whatever people come to the Swap Meet for, be sure to visit Chien! You’re going to looooovvveeee it!
