Accuimaging – Pearlridge Mall Uptown

Don’t bother. Tricare referred me to here a month ago since Tripler was already booked. Tricare faxed them a referral and when I got it I called in. The first lady informed me that it never got there so I called to get it sent again. Triwest confirmed it was faxed there 11 days prior to that phone call but they would send it again. So they faxed it a 2^nd time and said to try calling Accuimaging again in about 40 minutes. I did that and got another customer service lady telling me it wasn’t there and that THEY would call ME. So I wait maybe a week? I call again and get someone who was actually helpful. She, Sherrie, told me that she didn’t have anything in the system but she would call to find out what happened to it. Holy moly someone actually helpful! This was my third try and thankfully she was nice and looked into it and told me that the phone systems were changing and that’s probably why I had trouble and gave me new phone numbers. This was Friday. I had to wait until today, Monday, to get Tricare to fax it a third time, which they did, and I called a few hours later and the girl on the phone tells me «oh no, we don’t have a fax for you in the system»
ITS BEEN FAXED THERE THREE TIMES. Don’t bother even trying. Nothing will happen. I’m done. I’ve spent a month trying to schedule an MRI that I’ve been waiting over a year to get.
