Zachary Yoza gave AWESOME service! All I wanted was a replacement screen protector and he gave me a great deal on a new cover and selfie stick! Be sure to see Zachary for great, friendly service!

This place is a total rip off. I do not recommend going to this Verizon look a like indirect store I don’t even know why a huge company like Verizon Wireless allows a slip joint store like Diamond Wireless to hang their Verizon sign and logo on this rip off artists. You are way better off driving the two miles to the real genuine Verizon store by Sam’s Club. Be very careful as Diamond Wireless will tell you that there is a 14 day return policy but what they don’t tell you is that there is a huge restocking fee and we were charged $ 50 for a cardboard box and $ 20 for a manual. Also they charged $ 75 for a headset which hadn’t been used but the seal wad opened on the package. This place Diamond Wireless is the most rip off place and uncustomer friendly place I have ever been to. The store manager himself, Kevin Soriano is a rude idiot and he shouldn’t be in the position he is in having to deal with customers and having to exhibit great customer satisfaction. I am disappointed in Verizon Wireless for not having policies and standards for their indirect outlets. Also disappointed in Diamond wireless for their rip off tactics and for allowing a completely rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly store manager to be in his position and piss off customers. I think Verizon Wireless should immediately get rid of indirect retailers like Diamond Wireless. Watch out everyone. Don’t go near Diamond Wireless.

Phone screen had cracked, couldn’t see anything on my phone, needed everything in my phone backed up until my replacement phone came in, but I didn’t have the technology or resources that day to get it done, running back and forth from one errand to another, phone less, hopeless, stressed! But thanx to Marianna and her help all that was less stressful. Especially cause she had her own phone taken apart just to replace my cracked screen. Talk about loyal customer service and a heart of gold! :) Not to mention everybody else there is always helpful as well.

Needed to pick up a new cell phone for my Father-in-law to add to my phone account. Went to the Pearlridge store and received his new cell phone. A few months later, I received a certified letter stating that Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. a collections agency that I owed Verizon Wireless $ 38.02! I called Verizon Wireless and they mentioned that the store made a mistake in adding my new phone to my existing account and it was showing a delinquent set-up fee. They cleared the problem for me but this situation shouldn’t have happened.

Went in yesterday to purchase my wife an IPhone 5S and could not have had a better experience. Jesse and Theresa were extremely knowledgeable and explained all my options very clearly. Definitely worth a visit if you are at Pearlridge.

Alright so I went to Diamond Wireless in Oct 2012 and I was very happy with the service, but now I am very disappointed. After trying to exchange a cell phone that was purhcased and spending hours trying to get it done I would never recommend them ever again. I have been a long time Verizon Wireless customer, but now I am rethinking our plan. I have already cancelled 1 line that had no contract, but I still have 2 other lines that are still under contract. They ask you to sign an electronic keypad without you being able to read what you are signing until they print it out with your signature. Please be aware that if you are buying a phone from Diamond Wireless they tell you that there is a 14 day return and exchange policy, but beware. When you purchase your phone please examine your BOX that your phone comes in. When trying to return the phone with in the 14 days the sales men noticed a tiny tear on the box and wanted to charge me $ 50 for the small tare, plus the $ 35 restocking fee. These people didn’t even let me examine the box when I purchased it, so the tare could have been there when I purchased it. I haven’t even taken the phone out of the box since it was purchased so how does the tare get there? Just be cautious. You are better off going to a Verizon store.

If you’re like me and prefer to shop exclusively with customer friendly businesses, then you’ll be more than satisfied with Verizon Pearlridge. Pop in for a visit. You’ll be glad you did. **Ask for the Dream Team: Joseph, James & Donavan There are two occasions in which I received superior customer service from Verizon Pearlridge. The first was when I was deciding between an upgrade to iPhone 4S or Android. Though I had initially visited another Verizon store in town(not gonna point fingers), I was largely dissatisfied with the service. Luckily, I gave it one last try by driving out the Pearlridge, and the team there made all the difference. I got my questions answered, and left with the right device for me. The second was when I needed trouble shooting for software. The staff patiently helped me even amid a wave of customers. They didn’t even kick me out when a crazy guy was cutting off his second line for his now-ex-gf.(Yikes that was scary)
