The staff were amazing and helpful. Totally helped my daughter with the many different pairs of shoes that she wanted to try on. They even directed us to the socks and backpacks that my daughter was looking for. Better yet they told us about the buy one get one half off sale items! What a steal! Awesome staff and efficient service with a smile!

I like Van’s clothing, it is very comfortable and they always have a sales rack by the cashiers with discounted clothes, and a buy one get the second half price sale on top of that. Other than that, the clothes are rather pricey if they are not on sale. The quality of the clothes is pretty good, I have some shirts that are a few years old and still in good condition. The sales team is always friendly, they greet you when you walk in and always easy to find if you have a question. They do seem like they have the same kind of clothes all the time though. They have shirts and bottoms in different styles but nothing exciting, just basic clothing. I occasionally buy the bf clothes from here and he actually likes how soft the shirts are, and their shorts are the perfect length for him, and this guy is super picky about shorts lengths. There are also tons of shoes in the back. My daughter likes their shoes but I have yet to own a pair. I would like to see different styles and more clothing on sale so I could buy more.

I wish I caught the names of the 2 fellas working, anywho, they were awesome! If you’re looking for a bargain please go to the outlet, majority I would say 99.9% of the merchandise here will be regular price. Although I wasn’t greeted as soon as I made in until I hit the cash wrap, but poor guy couldn’t help it, his coworker was running shoes or stock or something in the back of the store. I came in first to peep through & there were 3 pairs I wanted including a sale pair(didn’t have my size, sale or no sale, no size for me). Then shortly, as I was aching to find a pair with availability in my size, I put the flag down since I really really wanted one of the 3. My husband then walked in & I showed him a couple of pairs to encourage him to try on & so he did. He really was stoked over one than the other & we decided to go with that pair, then 2 pairs of jeans, and 2 sets of socks after. Then we made the sale for sure, we were fortunate to be in when they were giving out, «Spend $ 50& get $ 20 off» cards & you receive these for every $ 50, you spend so we received 3 of em ;) My husband hardly/never shops so this was ssssooo nice for him to find stuff he really was stoked about. New pair of kicks, 2 pairs of jeans(one for work & one for just cause I can lol), & new socks. Happy camper for sure. Although, pricing was steep or should I say our walk out total was a lil’ steeper than we planned on, my husband was happy, we got some cards for future use. And we were very pleased with the service that we received from both employees. Working together, communication, everything, will shop here again if needed. But I am a fan of the outlet, although it just depends on if you’re looking for something specific, you’re more likely to find more at this location.

I like Vans, I do, but I just think they can be a bit pricey. The store overall is nice, the workers are friendly and helpful, but sometimes I just can’ t bring myself to buy anything in there because it’s a little too expensive for my taste and the selection is limited. They also don’t have too many sales. If I’m looking for Vans, I always get them at the outlet in Waikele.

Holiday shopping can get crazy! I’ve never been to a Van’s Store before until visiting Pearlridge Shopping Center. This place is fairly new to the mall and you can tell when you walk inside because it is tidy and it has that new smell to it. As I walked around the store it amazed me on how affordable this place was, for some reason it always played in my mind that it was an expensive store and it wasn’t really my style. But you can always change your mind on things right? I guess but that day I just did not want to spend $ 30 – 40 on a shirt. So I decided to just get a $ 10 sunglasses and that was all I ended up with. But my cousin wanted to get her bf shoes from there and they were so limited to stock, so she took the floor model but then she realized when she got home that there were dirt marks on it. I wished the employees would have checked that out for us but oh well it wasn’t like they were crazy busy they couldn’t service us but again they are new. So hopefully my next visit will be more pleasant.

You know, I used to love Vans. The only shoes I bought were Vans. The only shirts I wore were from Vans. I had Vans socks. I have a Vans backpack. I bought skate stuff from Vans. I’ve been to Vans Shoes stores all over the country. Los Angeles, Vegas, Anaheim, San Fran, Seattle, San Antonio… and then I unfortunately shopped at THIS Vans. This single store forever ruined what I loved about Vans. The usually down to Earth and friendly staff’s standards have been lowered big time. Shopping here was a frustrating experience. I waited in line at the cashwrap to get help. I waited by the shoes to get help. I watched an employee talk story to another employee while he looked at me as if I was a statue. I stood back by the cashwrap to watch another employee wait for his turn to clock in to start work. What was he doing while he was waiting to clock in? He was talking story with his manager who completely ignored me. I’d like to tell you more about the abysmal service here but that would only frustrate me more and send me into a fit of swearing no 8 year old kid on the internet should read. I don’t even know if this store is still open as I have vowed to NEVER step foot in there again. If it is still open, I advise you not to go in there unless one of your favorite past times includes wasting ridiculous amounts of time. If it isn’t open… well that’s no surprise to me.
