Glassworks by Fishburne & Schultz Hill

We recently decided that we needed to have glass cut for the tops of our furniture. We called Glass Works and got an estimate and asked how they would like to handle the measuring. They asked that we do it. Okay, no problem. So not only did we measure the furniture, we traced it and wrote the measurements on it. There was no way for there to be any mistakes.
Two weeks went by and I had not heard a peep from these people, so I decided to give them a call. The lady I spoke with acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. She finally found our order and said that it would be ready the following week– and they would call me when it was ready. I called back the next week and it was still not finished. I finally decided that I would just let them call me when the stuff was done. Two more weeks past until they finally called to tell me our order was ready. So it took them 5 weeks to cute 3 pieces of glass. That is pretty unacceptable. The customer service could have been better, the quality of the work could have been better, and they could have gotten it done a lot faster. If you can find another place in Aiken to get glass cut for your furniture, go there.
