History
Established in 2013.
The Training For Warriors system is a physical and mental training program originally created for fighters by Martin Rooney more than 10 years ago. This training program utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs.
After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized that you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on those challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level.

Marcus M.
Business Owner
Marcus has been an athlete his entire life. From high-school sports to dance and snowboarding, Marcus enjoys it all. His interest in physical fitness has been a natural extension of his life’s approach. He loves getting people excited about being active and turned to personal training to do so. Marcus believes in the concepts of functional fitness to improve overall health and enjoyment of life.
Not only is Marcus a fitness trainer, but he is also very involved with the martial art Brazilian Jui-Jitsu. He regularly trains working toward his goal of a black belt, and teaches classes to both children and adults.
In April of 2011, Marcus married his sweetheart, Melodie and the two now have a beautiful daughter named Gwenyth, and another on the way!
Marcus continues to work out, living an active lifestyle, from the sports he enjoys to entertaining hobbies such as mountain biking and horse back riding. He incorporates physical training for athleticism as well as sports-specific fitnes
