Warneke has disappointed me several times in the past, but they’re a short walk from my office, so when I spilled coffee at my desk today I decided to give them one last chance.
Closed for vacation? Who in the world closes all locations of a local chain for an entire week, ever?
With their week (or more!) waits, poor quality cleaning (missing stains several trips in a row that Oxford Cleaners later got out in one go), expensive rates, and grumpy service, closing all their locations for a week, arbitrarily, was the last straw.
I will never try using them again. I know they’re a «local fixture» and a mom-​and-​pop we should all feel guilty for not supporting, but I hope they’re replaced by a big-​city «one-​hour martinizing» chain so we can finally get some reasonable, inexpensive, quality dry cleaning in downtown Aiken.

Best Dry Cleaners /​Laundry in Aiken with the main shop located downtown and another in the Huntsman shopping center. Always have done top notch service for us for over 13 years and still going. Rush jobs, alterations, button repair… whatever they can do to help will be the best help you can get. I visit every week to keep my work clothes in top condition and my formal wear cleaned with confidence.
