History
Established in 2007.
New name but still the same quality. Our menu is based upon the highest quality and seasonably available products. We choose the best products grown — and it tastes better! Come taste for yourself.
Partners Chaim Stimmel and Tzvi Maller saw the need for high quality dining in the Monsey area and opened Sushi Metsuyan Monsey in 2007. Chaim, a former headhunter and Tzvi Maller, veteran restaurateur, teamed up to bring the residents of Rockland County a unique dining experience. Beginning April of 2014 the restaurant transformed and is now The Ridge-Steak and Sushi. The Ridge continues to provide the highest quality sushi available alongside premium steaks and other delicacies.
