Walked in and started off poorly when I say «Hi how are you today?» and «Dennis» AKA the biggest prick in the world just stared at me. Gave him two keys to copy and he acted like it was a huge hassle. The lady next in line was treated so rudely by him I felt bad for her. Neither of my two copies worked, he didn’t even give me the original back, AND he cut a huge chunk off the top of my original key head. When I came back to get back my original key and my money I talked to another employee about it and he said «Yeah, he’s 67 and needs to retire.» No, he needs fired and a swift kick to the nether regions. Listen to me and half the reviews on here. DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL «DENNIS» IS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT.

scheduled A-​Abra Cadabra for 5 units. They confirmed they would be out on Thursday and then do the work on Friday. No show. .. No call. Office guys are complete obtuse to the world outside the little shop. Rude fellow answers the phone. .. we have loyal as long as we can with poor service.

Everybody except the rotund guy «Dennis» is really helpful. But Dennis is not, he is way more concerned with his crossword puzzle than with helping customers. Seriously if he tried harder to ignore me I would call that a form of work. Ignore him, talk w somebody else. If you call on and a guy answers the phone sounding like your call is so inconvenient, then that’s Dennis. Hang up, call again he’s so rude!

My husband lost a set of our tow vehicle keys. We ordered blank key and remote on Amazon after getting the price of a new key from the dealer. We struggled to find a locksmith who was able to cut the key and program our chipped key. I was thrilled when I heard about this place. I went to the store site and had this done. Within a half hour I drove away with my new key! The gentleman was nice, worked quickly and also programmed my remote for me while I was there. The processed saved me at least $ 100.00 from what the dealer wanted to charge. I would recommend to anyone!

Do not use these guys. On Monday I made an appointment for late on Wednesday. Took off of wok so they could be at my house for the lock repair. After two calls to remind them of the appointment (they never called me on my cell as promised), they never showed up. Find someone more professional, or who will at least show up.

These guys do everything, even automotive.
The choices for me to get a key cut and programmed for my 2003 Honda Accord where a 24⁄7 provider, a dealership or Abracadabra.
When I asked for quotes the dealership and 24⁄7 mobile lock service asked for 165 $+
The price for getting my key cut and programmed at Abracadabra? 53 $.
The staff were extremely friendly and you can tell they know what they are doing, Isiah was able to cut and program a key I bought myself with no problem.
Even if I move out of the Akron area, if I ever need automotive key/​lock service needs, I’ll make the trip to this shop.
