If I could give them ZERO stars I would. My office order’s out almost every day. We each pay individually with our debit/credit cards individually with one deliver fee. We were told today that, Donatos Copley reduced the wages for their drivers so now the customers have to make up the difference by each order(five in all) pays the delivery charge. That is $ 10.00 in fees that goes to Donatos instead of $ 2.00. It has always been said that the driver does not get the delivery fee that goes to Donatos that’s why we needed to add the tip on. NOMORE. The driver does not get a tip and Donatos Copley does not get our business. That’s what happens when you become cheapskates.

This is one of my all time favorite pizza places. This donatos is clean and the service was fast and friendly. The pizza was good as it has always been.

Absolutely the best pizza anywhere. The pepperoni is awesome. And the regular thin crust rocks the house. By far my favorite pizza.

First of all a very clean place, and great customer service. Fresh ingredients with perfect portion sizes. There is a gluten choice as well. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely return for a nice lunch.

I love Donatos Pizza and I’m disappointed they left Medina. Now if I want an order delivered to my house it’s too far out of their driving range. It’s just an inconvenient drive there and back, but hey, if you enjoy their pizza enough I guess you won’t mind the drive. The pizza is excellente, I usually get the three cheese pizza thin crust. Not a lot of people enjoy Donatos for some reason, I guess it’s very unique. It’s definitely bought me though.

I love Donatos pizza! I typically order the Mariachi chicken or beef pizza. It comes with sour cream on the side. It is spicy and has lots of Jalapenos on it. I use the drive thru window or delivery. Both ways have always worked well. Also, I always use coupons because the prices are a bit higher than other places. They also have a very good harvest salad, the Big Don sub, and pepperoni pizza.

Donato’s Pizza is OK. Not the best … OK. The service while dining in is… OK. Not good or great… OK. I’m still looking for a place in Fairlawn that offers a great dine in pizza option. Any ideas?

I do love Donato’s. Their pizzas are a little pricing but they taste good. We ordered a large Works with two sodas. The waitress was very prompt and provided great service. The dine-in bill came to around $ 20.

Quite disappointed. They have taken all of the individual pizzas off the menu and prices have went up again. The server if you eat in has really never been the best but tonight it was ok. Our pepperoni zinger didn’t have quite the zing it use to either.

Pizza was decent quality — the«edgeless» pizza is an interesting concept but all-in-all, average. The dining experience was quite poor, to the point where we almost got up and left. Virtually no staff to support the diners as demonstrated by our need to get our own menus and not pay at the hostess station register but at the take-out window. This place is clearly an operation that places most of its emphasis on take-out. I say if you’re going to so severely neglect the dining room, dont bother having one. We wont be back.
