Paolucci Law started in Chicago with the focus on bankruptcy law and doing it on a small scale to provide good fees with impeccable service.

Business Owner

Dean Paolucci began his legal endeavors at the College of Wooster for undergraduate studies. After graduating from Wooster with a B.A. in History, Dean was accepted into The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. While at John Marshall, Dean served on the Executive Board as a managing editor of the esteemed John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law.

Upon earning his Juris Doctor, Dean moved to one of the largest bankruptcy firms in the Country, where he advised thousands of consumer bankruptcy clients.

Dean opened Paolucci Law to give clients more personal bankruptcy

services. After working in a «volume practice», where clients are given numbers and treated as such, Dean knew there was a better way. Paolucci Law is that better way, where clients are treated with

respect, loyalty and above all, with the personal attention to detail that is crucial in the legal field.
