I almost did not write this review. I purchased my first Victory from this dealership in 2009 and was really happy with the customer service at that time. Since my first purchase, I have bought several things from them and have been satisfied and have even referred 5 — 6 people there.
Approx. 2 weeks ago, I went there to look at purchasing an ATV. After looking at a couple of models, we sat down to see if we could do business and purchase the ATV (I came with a trailer and $$ in hand).
After doing the old «used car shuffle» with the sales person, we finally got to talk to the Sales Manager, who said that NADA Retail for the unit was $ 11,150 and that is what they would sell it for and no less — even though this unit had taken some abuse and was far from mint. Attitude and manner of the Sales Manager was VERY condescending and arrogant.
I even went back to try to give them some feedback on the sale (I purchased another unit in Alabama and drove to get the unit that I bought) in an effort to help them so that other customers do not feel the way I felt.
I was basically told that I should come to work for them because I obviously know more about their business than they do and in not so many words, they told me that they don’t care about getting business from anyone.
The salesman that I dealt with was very nice but the Sales Manager was a piece of work. I don’t have hard feeling about not being able to cut the deal with them… there are a lot of ATV’s out there… I just don’t like being treated like the I am a simpleton.
If you like paying full price at a dealer that cares nothing about you except your money, this is the place for you. If you want a fair deal from a reputable dealership, then don’t waste your time here.
Sorry to see that management of this dealership has taken this attitude…
