I’ve never written a review on a fast food place and I don’t usually go to em, but let me tell you this(1) this place is absolutely spotless(2) it might be faked but they all really do seem happy to see you(3) they came around the counter and brought my food to me(4) my breakfast actually looked like it does on the 3 foot by 6 foot posters. How about that!!!

Best fast food burgers by far. Worst service. Women were rude and not speaking in English, as well as treating the other English only speaking coworker like garbage. The manager was engaged in this behavior as well. Professionalism was not there.

Standard issue fast food, friendly staff, clean. Empty most of the time, yet you will be asked to leave if you stay longer than two hours(even if you buy additional food).

This place is cool. Carls jr is like my only fast food spot. I never get any attitude or bad service here. I looooove that there is never a line and never crowded. Cool spot for my burger fix.

Service is always fast and staff plesant. I enjoy the fried zucchini, must eat them hot!!! Turkey burger here was better than expected. Battered chicken fingers were a little fatty and a little too much breading but really good.

I normally go here whenever I get a fast food craving but tonight’s failure pushed me into not wanting to come back here. Getting off late from work I just wanted a burger and some chicken tenders. That’s all. Being that it’s late and it’s nowhere near a dinner rush or a midnight munchie run I expected to get what I ordered without having to check to make sure that they gave me my complete order. Well. I should have double checked. My burger was nowhere to be seen. This has never happened here before but for some reason when it’s slower they seem to mess up more. I don’t think I’ll be doing late night visits anymore. Once was enough. End of rant

Normally they are«OK» to pick up dinner after a late night at work– but tonight I ordered a «Mile High Burger» with extra onions. I got NO onions, and no bacon, which is supposed to be standard.

THEYGOTRIDOFTHESALSABAR&INSTALLED A BIGINFLATABLEHAMBURGERONTHEROOF. Is this a net gain for the customers? I leave the answer to that question to you. Decent fast food and very friendly, helpful employees. Those are the pluses. The minuses are the obvious cutbacks in size and quality, and the fact that management really doesn’t give a shit about the customers. You will have to weigh those in the balance when deciding where to spend your precious fast food dollars.

Worse carls jr. Ever. Food is pretty good. Longest drive thru I have ever experienced and an incompetent staff. I rarely come here but LITERALLY the last four times in a row I have gone through the drive thru, spent over 30 minutes here and had them get my order wrong EVERYTIME. Crazy…

I was surprised to find out there’s a Carl’s Jr. in Alameda a few years ago. The closest one that I knew of is in Hayward. I’ve always loved Carl’s Jr. More than any of their competitors like McDonald’s, Burger Kind, and Jack just to name a few. I think its because of their beef quality. It has a very different taste from all other fast food restaurants. Burgers at Carl’s are bigger, have more beef and gives you a wide selection on the menu. I don’t know why, but its not busy when I come here. Doesn’t matter the time of the day. Its always empty. I’m not saying that its bad. It means I get my food super fast.

I like this place because the food and service are always good. This is the only Carl’s Jr Green Burritos in the area. That means you can get«Mexican» food here too. They also have a fresh salsa bar which is good. The one thing I do have to say that unlike some other fast food chain the food is always hot and fresh whether you eat in or get drive thru. It’s a good spot if you want Carl’s Jr.

Awesome place. Not that full at all. Good service and I’ve been greeted several times and some already recognize my face. The food is really fresh and got out of the kitchen. The only bad experience I had was when I had those fried zucchinis they tasted like water… frozen? Otherwise this place is good.

I’m not a huge fast food fan, but Carl’s Jr. has a variety of burgers; chicken sandwiches, taco salads, fish tacos, and there sides are more than just french fries. They sell sweet potato fries and fried zucchini. Their dessert selection is also better than that crusty apple pie from you-know-where. I usually get a famous star burger without cheese, but today I wanted to try something else — the Atlantic cod sandwich. It was pretty good — better than Mickey D’s filet of fish(just a square filet of fish with melted cheese and tartar sauce between a bun). Carl’s Jr.‘s fish sandwich is served on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce. I also like their fried zucchini with ranch dressing.

This is a great Carl’s Jr. location. We’ve always had very fresh food here and the burger’s are awesome. More like restaurant quality than fast food. LOVE their shakes too. We’ve also grabbed breakfast here a few times on the weekend when we are headed out for a weekend of activities. It’s excellent! Love the breakfast burritos.

Not quite sure what it is about Carl’s Jr. that brings it above all the other fast-food joints. Their burgers just taste better and are juicier. Sometimes, really nothing hits the spot better than a famous star. I don’t even bother with the other menu items, although they do tend to offer a lot. This particular location has very nice people, has a convenient drive-through(hard to find in California), and is pretty efficient and fast. Hate fast food places that have long lines and end up taking forever. This isn’t like that.

After an exhausting Soccer game and before we took the Tunnel we spotted a Carl’s JR. MAMAMIA!!! I rolled into the parking lot and unloaded the gang and promptly went inside to order. I had the #8 Guacamole Bacon Burger and the rest of the gang along with the accountant had chicken stars and fries. I totally dig this place and have always been a super fan of this fast food chain. They even bring the food to your table… Great service. Betcha they don’t do this at Micky D’s or JACK in the Crack

I went to the store on friday afternoon and went thru. Let me start off by saying to took me two days and I didnt want to curse. I’d give this store a MINUS10 if I could! Now normally I wouldnt complain BUT this is my second issue about this. Let me start off by saying I’ve manage a resturant so I know how it is. I know how a cups lid should be on. I got my cup and I wany about to put the cup in my drink holder and ITWASNOT on properyly. The lid fell off spilling the large drink root beer all over my upolstery,. My white sweater that i purchased at Macy is ruined. I just got my upolstery cleaned. I had to pay $ 100 to get it cleaned again. What the made me the angriest about this is the manager ONLY offered me a rag to clean my upolstery. What is that going to do? Theres nothing to fix over the drive thru woman incompetence. Again if the was the first issue I’d let it go BUT its not! She NOT be in a position if she can not do a basic thing like making sure a lid is on a cup! The manager DIDNOT make an effort to even try to remedy the issue. I even showed her my sweater and didnt say anything thing. Not even sorry. Nothing! When I managed a resturant I at the least offered another drink and an appology. Not even close to being cool! I’d avoid this place in the drive thu ATALLCOST if you dont want to pay for your car to be cleaned!!!

Carl’s has hamburgers … this is about chicken tenders. marketed as chicken tenders, it’s actually chicken strips. sampling: chicken tenders(3/3.19, 5/4.99) –real chicken meat used in the strips. no extruded shit. breading not too thick. kind of bland. but that’s good. i.e. no msg, salted added. –ranch dressing is one choice amongst many. good fit this time. -«chicken tenders» — 4 stars –would reorder –goes good with beer. foodnotes: –good service from the filipinas here. –think one of them gave me an eye, checking out my haircut or …
