Everyone at this office is super nice, and helpful. I never have to wait for my appointment. Dr Calandri is a real mensch. I love the paint jobs on the walls in the treatment rooms! My only wish is that they were able to remove my amalgam fillings here years ago. Maybe they do that now. At any rate, I’ve never felt pressured here to replace any damaged fillings with mercury laden toxic fillings. Many other dentists in the past have been adamant about that. AND — they bill my insurance for me, no problem! I love this place.

George is frickin’ amazing! Extremely friendly, thorough, and a great sense of humor to boot! I’ve only been seeing him for about two months since my insurance kicked in, and I hadn’t seen a dentist in ages. Apparently, I needed a lot of work done, and he’s been working his way around my teeth for just about every week since(we’re almost finished). From the moment I come in to the office, he makes me feel comfortable. Reminds me of that ‘cool’ uncle you had as a kid, never afraid to make a joke to lighten the mood. Every time I’ve been here, I haven’t felt a thing! Plus, he uses this white composite material that matches precisely to your teeth — both color and finish! He’s quick too — I’m usually out in 30 minutes or less. Highly recommended, my teeth look amazing now!

Okay, so dentists and I don’t exactly get along. I had a horrible experience as a kid with a dentist who I, to this day, still suspect was Joseph Mengele hiding as a dentist from his Nazi past. Water-boarding is nothing compared to the torture this man put me through. «Anesthetic, you don’t need no stinking anesthetic!!!» So, it should be no surprise that it took me almost 10 years and two wives(my first was unsuccessful at nagging me, the second figured out how to entice me better) to get into the dentist. Since it was so long, I had to have a deep cleaning — meaning they numb up one side at a time and you have two, 1+ hour appointments to get each side cleaned. Given it had taken so long, the dentist was impressed that my teeth were in as good as shape as they were. I give them five stars for being accomodating and not so «tisk-tisk» on me not going for so long. I am over 40 years old, I would have been very put-off by a «you should know better» kind of attitude, but they were full of praise for me going despite having so much pain to go thru to get back on track. The two who worked on my teeth were gentle and helpful at getting me relaxed. While my mouth did hurt for the evening after each deep-cleaning, it wasn’t as bad as I imagined it would be. I have to go back in four months and I am not at all hesitant to go. First stop after my last two-hour visit: Walgreens to get some of those floss toothpicks so I can watch my Stargate SG-1 or Good Eats and do my duty with flossing my teeth. Definitely recommeneded as a dentist from a guy who loathes dentists as a profession(not the people, of course).
