History

Established in 2014.

New Years 2014 I decided to venture out and become my own business. I felt the confidence, experience, knowledge, networking was all in line and ready to take action. So far, I’ve received excellent feedback from clients and have learned a wealth of knowledge just being in the fitness industry. I love it even more and hope to grow my business every New Year! Everyone should love what they do, and I’m proud to say that I truly do.

Who is Jen D?

I am a Division 1 collegiate, multi-​sport athlete, and Coach with over 10 years of experience. I carry a specific passion for healthy movement and human performance, and I specialize in developing quality athleticism (whether for life, career, or sport) through strength training, weight lifting, and functional metabolic conditioning.

As an experienced power lifting, strength & conditioning, and softball (pitching) coach, I have clients of all ages and abilities. I work as a personal trainer for individuals or small groups, coach softball, and teach strength & conditioning classes to kids and adults of all levels.

I also provide specialized training to a variety of student-​athletes with the goal of helping them fulfill their desires of continuing to play their sport at a higher level.
