Specialties

By Appt only! No walk-ins. Male clients by referral only. Thank you!

Whether clients are looking for a safe environment to experience a deeply relaxing massage or pain relief & release from tightness & limited range of motion caused from sports/accident injuries, they can expect excellent results. Kirsten specializes also in helping those suffering from pregnancy discomfort, repetitive strain injuries, frozen shoulders, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia as well as many other ailments.

Her approach to therapeutic massage helps to create a nurturing environment where the client’s body can relax deeply & rejuvenate. If necessary, Kirsten uses a Fascia Release Technique that removes fascia adhesions: the result either of an accident, repetitive strain injury, and/or unhealthy postural patterns.

By freeing otherwise well working muscles, Kirsten’s seasoned technique allows the client to get a fresh start on exercise, posture and behavioral patterns in order to keep feeling energized & relaxed.

If consultation is advisable and requested, Kirsten also offers simple, straightforward & easy-to-do exercises and postural suggestions aimed at: strengthening, removing muscle rigidity and the prevention of future discomfort, thus allowing the body’s natural strength, flow and flexibility to continue.

Kirsten has also practices with the belief in the curative properties of compassion and thus always uses a heart centered approach to each & every individual client she treats.
