Who doesn’t like to be treated as a valued customer? Or get a new phone while also saving money? Or go through the process in 30 minutes or less, including transferring data from an old phone to a new one while also reviewing our current Verizon plan?
My daughter and I had the pleasure of having Lewis help us today. I am truly amazed at how pleasant our experience was. Lewis was not only professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, but the entire process of purchasing a new phone was hassle-​free.
I can’t believe I never knew about Quick Communications in Alameda until a neighbor of mine mentioned the great customer service he received from Lewis. So pleased we went in. I will never visit a corporate Verizon store again!

My wife and I each bought new iPads with wifi and G4 ability. The iPads came with the SIM cards locked into a carrier we didn’t want. We got no help from the vender or providers on line support.
It really looked like we would not be able to use the carrier we wanted.
We brought it into the shop and left 20 minutes later with both iPads hooked up and running on both G4 and wifi on the service we preferred.
The price was very reasonable and the whole process went very smoothly.

Have you seen all the 5 stars? This place has absolutely the best customer service.
I went in with a serious phone problem. I had been on the phone with the Verizon phone tech the night before and my phone was declared DOA.
Vanna cut to the problem got me up and running, and because of her and her alone I did not drop Verizon after being a customer for 20 years.
I have also dealt with Louis in the past, the man knows how to hire great people.
I’ll be back for the upgrade in a month.
BTW: I live in Danville, the long drive to Alameda for my phone issues is always worth it.

Went in to switch service from one phone to another and it couldn’t have been easier: no problems or hassles. I ended up buying a case for the phone too; prices seemed good. Will go back there for future Verizon assistance.

I needed a new glass screen for my phone I got it fixed right away no long wait necessary. Also after I got the screen fixed I could no longer hear anything coming through my ear piece. So I brought it back the next day and they where sooooo nice about it and fixed it for no charge! It was a over all great experience at this littler Verizon store. I’m glad I found it!

There’s a reason this store has such good reviews. My wife and I were both waaaaay overdue for an iPhone upgrade, so I Unilocaled local Verizon stores and came across this gem. Having previously done all of my upgrades and renewals at Verizon stores, I can honestly say that I’ll never go back now that I’ve found Quick Communications. I called ahead of my visit to ensure that they had the phones we were looking for. I spoke with Vanna, who was courteous and helpful over the phone. When we arrived at the store, she immediately remembered my name from when we spoke on the phone and assisted us with getting our new phones set up (she even gave us free phone cases). Vanna is awesome! She’s great at all of the phone-​tech stuff but more importantly she’s really friendly and easy-​going. Getting a phone here was literally the opposite experience of visiting a standard phone store.

I only gave five stars because that’s all they offer but if I could I would give an unlimited amount of stars for the service, the first class customer service that should be the norm. Hats off to Louis and his wonderful service to the neighborhood. From the moment we walked in we were made welcome, and Louis patiently answered all our questions and then some. My wife and I happily walked out with two shiny iPhones and cases and chargers at a great price. But to me, good customer service is priceless.
So if you need a Verizon phone, etc., don’t go to anywhere else. You are wasting your time. Louis is the bomb and he will fix you right up.

My visit was in February for my iPhone 6. My iPhone 5 was slowly dying on me but I’ve always dreaded going to the phone store. If I had known sooner that my experience could be like this one, I wouldn’t have waited so long! Louis was friendly and patient, unlike some places, which I really appreciated! I’m terrible about remembering to back up my phone and all that, but Louis took care of it and made sure everything was there before we transitioned over to my new baby.
And of course, every new toy comes with a handful of questions – which he was more than happy to show me before I went on my way. Thank you, Louis!

The customer service here is amazing! I took my Dad here to go from his flip phone to the modern ages with an Iphone 6. The woman who helped him was incredibly patient in explaining the important things to know and the details of the new contract. I highly recommend taking your business here, given a choice.

Very happy to have walked into the store today. It has been a bit since I have talked with Lewis. He proved once again how professional and knowlegable he is. Gave me a great deal and explained options. Very happy and recommend him.

My experience included better customer service than any other Verizon store I’ve visited.
I drove out of my way and it was well worth it.
The owner Louis was very helpful.
He’s a sports fan and has signed posters from local sports teams on his walls.
While I was there, one of those pro athletes showed up, just to talk to Louis. That has never happened at any other Verizon store I’ve visited.
I’ll be back the next time I need anything from Verizon even though it’s out of my way.

I work in the customer service field and this place is the best! From the moment I walked in the service was friendly, courteous and especially honest. I had been to two other Verizon stores, and they were both dishonest about their prices and other information. I can’t recommend Louis at Quick Communicatons enough! He answered all my questions and was very patient!

Incredible! I have been working with Louis at Quick Com for over 20 years! You would be hard pressed to find a smarter and more knowledgeable service provider. Quick Com has all the answers without any disappointments. I have referred countless friends over the years with no complaints whatsoever. My last purchase is the latest iPhone 6 plus w/​128 gigs. I have been reflecting on my two decades of fine service and sorry that I have not left a well deserved, positive review before now. Thanks Louis, looking forward to 20 more years…

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised today with my experience at this store. In the past, I’ve gone to Radio Shack at South Shore, the Verizon booth at Costco, or the Verizon store next to Home Depot in San Leandro. I had driven by it daily for years but they’ve been here for 18 years. The service was excellent — fast, friendly, efficient, and delivered by knowledgeable staff. An upgrade of my phone with porting of my contacts took only about an hour. The same experience at Radio Shack too 4 – 6 hours.
The one draw back was not having a huge selection of covers for the phone but the saleswoman (I can’t remember her name, sorry to say) was very helpful with selecting one that would cushion the device’s fall if dropped and also installing a protective skin on the front. Definitely recommend it especially for those with limited time.

I was a walk by customer and walked out ordering an i-​phone 6. Best customer service EVER!!! I worked with Vanna directly for my purchase and she was just lovely. Quick purchase, super tech savvy there. They even offered to transfer all data from my old phone to the new one. Vanna also expertly and perfectly put on the screen protector for me as this would have taken me FOREVER to get it straight. I will continue to come back to this little store in Alameda because of Vanna’s amazing customer service and knowledge of the products. SKIP THE VERIZON STORE AND COME HERE! I needed a new protector shield on my Samsung Galaxy S3, as the one I had was pretty smudged and dirty. I bought a pack of protector screen shields (3 in a pack) from Walgreen’s, went home to install it and I had a ton of air bubbles on my screen… aarrgghh!!! I can never install these shields right.
Since I had to go back to Walgreen’s to exchange an item, I decided to stop in at Quick Communications to see if Vanna could help me with it. Because I did not buy the item from the store, Vanna could not guarantee me that there will be no air bubbles. She meticulously worked on installing the protector shield, and voila, no air bubbles on the screen. She was awesome and I appreciated the fine job she did. Way to go, Vanna — a truly professional installer of a protector shield.

I was really impressed with their service recently. I came in with a busted phone screen thinking it was a long shot for it be fixed or replaced. But they fixed it and helped put on an otter box for me within a few hours! And they didn’t overcharge me for that kind of service. I call that being honest, perhaps a little rare to have these days.
They are much better than a standard large chain store. I highly recommend going to them if there is any phone issues or setup needs. See you next time, Quick Communications :)

Best place to get your version plan started. Louis is the owner of this shop. He is informative, respectful, and he is fast with his work trying to get your phone delivered to you on time. He is patient explaining to you anything you don’t understand.
I have been going to his shop to do my upgrades and renewal of my contract.
Vanna his sale associate has helped me a couple times. When Louis wasn’t around and she is just as helpful.
I would recommend anyone looking to switch to version or looking for a store that treats you like a friend to shop here.
One of he best customer service I’ve experienced. It is not a script like all the other retail or phone dealers trying to sell you their entire store.

I recently shattered the screen on my iPhone5 and desperately needed to get it replaced ASAP.
Louis, the owner was very helpful and nice –replaced my screen on the same day. I dropped my phone off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The phone is working perfectly and the touch screen is way more responsive now than it was before.
The customer service here is great and I will definitely be coming back in the near-​future.
