I just recently purchased a unit at Lumina and was struggling with the furniture purchase process as I wanted to make sure to buy the right sized selections to provide the space with proper flow and not make it feel too cramped or too small. Following an hour long consultation with Lauren, my mind was put to ease as her expertise in the proper design and furniture selection process gave me the peace of mind and plan to proceed. Even before the consultation appointment, Lauren was nice enough to exchange a few emails with me to not only talk about design but also the quality of the furniture on the websites I showed her. When she showed up, she was patient and worked with my ideas and tried a few configuration suggestions that would maximize the use of the space. We worked through each room and we measured the space to make sure all the items will have a proper fit. We even discussed material choices and what would look best based on her experience. She will provide ideas you would have not even considered such as how velvet upholstery will have a messy look upon sitting on laying on it and how the different heights of furniture can ruin the view and flow. She brought with her a full set of catalogs from all the best vendors and allowed me to borrow them for a few days.
