History

Established in 2008.

After being a free lance photographer for 14 years, I decided to make a change in my career due to lack of business in my field. Being an athlete all my life and being passionate about fitness, and wellness, I decided to become a trainer. I am now on my 6th years and it is very excited to know that I have changed many lives already. What I love about my work is that I make a difference in people lives. What I love the most is when my clients tell me that I am inspiring and their role model. What a joy!

Born and raised in Quebec, Canada, I have always been involved in sports. For me fitness is really a «LIFETYLE.» I am a former long distance & marathon runner. In high school, studying took a back seat to training in track and field. My philosophy about fitness & wellness is really to make it an ongoing process and a habit. I am highly passionate about fitness, I enjoy educate my clients about a new lifestyle or improving their fitness level. I am a great motivator and I believe that everything is possible. I strongly believe that fitness is an anti-​aging remedy as well as disease prevention.

My workout program focuses on training all the parts of the body to work in unison, thereby increasing balance and coordination. This is called functional training. It will prepare you for life’s daily activities. The side benefit is that you will achieve your fitness goals quicker than you would with a standard workout routine using just machines.
