Visioneers Security was started because after working in the industry for well over 15 years, I noticed that customers were having to contact 3 to 4 separate companies for their security, camera, audio & video, and home automation systems. Each contractor would supply a product that worked for them but most times did not integrate with the other systems installed.

When issues would arise the customer would be left trying to figure out who to call. This left gaps in the installation and functionality issues. We have partnered with various vendors for audio & video systems and home automation installations. The products we offer and the installation provided will present the customer with seamless integration and service.

History

Established in 2011.

Our mission at Visioneers Security is to provide our customers with great value, seamless integration, and personalized service.

Value: We provide value by giving the customer quality products at a competitive price. There is a wide range of products, but each customer’s needs and budget are different. We take both of these into account and design a system that addresses both.

Integration: Visioneers Security is in partnership with Visioneers AV and Automation Electric to provide our customers with a single point of contact and a fully integrated solution

Personalized Service: We provide personalized service by addressing each customer’s needs immediately. This is done by regular follow up contact, longer than average warranty period (3 years parts and lifetime installation), same day or next day service, and all calls returned within the same day

Throughout my time installing security systems I have come to notice gaps in what I wanted to provide and what I was able to provide to the customers I was protecting. This is why I opened Visioneers Security, here I can help people and provide the level of service and value I have always wanted to provide.

I started out my career after I left the United States Marines. I had a desire to make a difference in my life, and helping to protect people gives me same type of satisfaction I felt while I was in the service. The companies I have worked for ranged from large multinational corporations to small family owned businesses. This has enabled me to have a well rounded technical knowledge base and deep understanding of the multitude of security systems manufactured (alarm, video, access control, and fire detection).
