I have worked with West Advertising for over a decade and they have consistently been attentive, creative and practical. They worked with me on communicating personal, clear and meaningful messages for senior living communities throughout the Bay Area. They took the time to understand how advertising could support the vision and marketing efforts of each community. They never took a cookie cutter approach. They always asked for feedback and wanted to continue to work towards creating better results. For example, while working on repositioning a community, West staff came to the community and interviewed residents and staff so they could truly understand the decision making process for residents and families. From these interviews they developed a very effective media campaign that captured the essence of the community because it wasn’t developed as a cliché, it was what they learned from the residents and staff.
