History

Established in 2015.

New owners took over Lake Fork Resort in September of 2015. They plan to bring back life to this great location on Lake Fork. Lots of work has already gone into this establishment including renovating all of the 27 motel rooms, completely redoing the tackle shop, fixing the pool area, and getting an amazing chef to lease the restaurant area. About Lake Fork

Lake Fork is located approximately 80 miles east of Dallas, Texas. All Seasons Lake Fork Resort & Marina is located off FM 515 about 1 mile south on FM 17 in Alba, TX. Surrounding towns are Emory, Alba, Yantis, Winnsboro and Quitman. Sulphur Springs, Texas is about 18 miles north.

Lake Fork is known for trophy bass fishing, holding the state record of 18.18 caught in January, 1992. Lake Fork is a great fishing lake for any angler, with the lake’s under-​water structure and great vegetation which make Lake Fork the perfect fish habitat, not only for bass but crappie, catfish and bluegill.
