History
Established in 2008.
Our Chef Emeritus, Harry Hatziparaskevas, who has been featured in Gourmet magazine, and whose restaurant, Ithaka, in Manhattan has received an excellent rating with Zagat, uses recipes and techniques passed down from generations of Greek cooks and bakers. Keeping with tradition, our executive Chef Louis Agostinello continues to preserve the classic Greek recipes, while artfully adding his own personal style.
