The Big Red Bus is family owned and operated and we believe that authentic ingredients are the key to any Italian dish. We offer a full menu for delivery with the truck when it first arrives by pre-​order. You won’t be disappointed with our pizza. Whether you get thin crust, pan, or stuffed they are all made homemade, from scratch, with the highest quality ingredients.

Perfect for any event, we offer catering and special meal packs suited for events of any size! From our mouthwatering signature sandwiches, to favorites from the grill– we’ll have something amazing for everyone to try!

History

Established in 2010.

I was in NJ when I saw a souped up ice cream truck. I loved it, the appearance & presentation. At the time we at DC’s were selling slices at the Harriman Campus from a tent. So inspired, I researched food trucks, dissuaded by the cost I came up with converting a school bus. Hence the Big Red Bus was born. The rest is history !
