Shelly is the Director of Business Development and one of eight owners of the firm. She over 27 years of experience in the transportation engineering industry in Upstate New York. She graduated from the University at Buffalo with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and from the University at Albany with a Masters in Business Administration.
