Order«family special» $ 21.99 off menu that was mailed to my house. 20 wings 1 large cheese 2ltr soda. I go to pick it up man at counter rings it up $ 28.50. I said excuse me sir but menu price is $ 21.99 He stated his costs have gone up he needs to charge more. I said you didn’t state that on phone. Pretty petty to bait and switch price. Wings were a little dry nothing special. Pizza little sauce not much flavor. They did me a favor never again at this place. Honor your menu prices! Buyer beware!

I love there calzones, pasta dishes, salad and pizza. We get take at 2xs a week from here. There prices are really good. For example– there calzone is $ 3 cheaper than Paseans up the road. Also, everyone that works there is really nice. I didn’t them 5 stars –only cause of the seating. It’s really just a take out place. They have very limited seating. They’re always busy with orders with is a good thing to me cause their food is good

This is my favorite pizza place in Albany area. When I came for a job interview I looked online for a local joint and found this one. Whether slices or a pie this is my go to when family and friends from North Carolina, Texas, Arkansas or Missouri come to visit. No need to dress up, casual authentic New York pizza.

Website says they deliver to a five mile radius, and my place is in a 2 mile radius but they says they won’t deliver to me. Very disappointing.

Hands down this is the most amazing pizza north of NYC — dough soft but crunchy, sauce sweet but tangy and cheese ooh warm & gooey! Lived in the area for many years but moved away a few years back. I always make it a point to come back & get my slices when I’m in town. Ya can’t beat it!

I am in Albany every year at least twice and for several years I always made it a point to order from these guys because their pizza was really good and very close to NYC style and quality and would have gotten 5 stars. Sadly, this year they were a major disappointment and are probably off my list of places to eat permanently. I am guessing they must be under new ownership as the pizza and even the boxes used were different. The delivery for my large cheese pizza took over an hour to get to my hotel that was about 5 blocks away(barely warm when it arrived) and the experience went downhill from there. The crust was different in taste, texture, and thickness, more like Domino’s than NYC style. I ordered thin and it was more of a medium. The sauce didn’t taste as good as in the past, and they were skimpy with the cheese. Overall it was a HUGE disappointment and makes me unlikely to order from them again. Guess I will have to wait until I am in NYC again to get a decent thin crust NY style pizza.

I Love NY is one of my neighborhood pizza places. As far as I’m concerned this place gets a 5 star review if you go in person and 3 stars if you have it delivered. The crust here is a bit thin and the toppings are plentiful. When you go in and they have the pizza cooked and throw it back in the oven to warm it up, the crust stiffens a bit and the pizza can handle all the toppings. However, when you have it delivered and they bake it fresh for you the crust isn’t quite crispy enough to take all the toppings. But if you warm it up in your oven the next day, presto, it’s ready to handle all those toppings again. Thus, it’s a bit disappointing that we have a general«no more than 2 toppings» rule if we’re having it delivered so we have a chance of eating it without it all falling apart. Overall, their pizza is pretty good. I love the Tomato, Bacon, Ranch. The Buffalo Chicken is pretty good too. They deliver in a pretty reasonable time and you can order online through a third party site. The inside of the place is pretty small, but that has never been an issue for me when I go. I haven’t tried any of I Love NY’s other locations, but this one has worked pretty good for me so far.

Summary– Just damn good pizza for cheap $. Great lunch deal, $ 5.XX for two huge slices and a fountain soda. Always packed at lunch time for a reason. Very good slices, I prefer the ones with less toppings. Nice thin crust cooked perfectly. As noted in previous review, seating is rather limited especially in the winter so don’t count on it during lunch. There are some nice outdoor tables in the summertime. Also be careful in their busy and tight parking lot.

I go to this place all the time when I’m upstate visiting family. It’s on the way to and from the highway so if I’m hungry they’re always there! It’s thin crust pizza, they don’t overdo it with the cheese, and the sauce and crust are good. Even better are the garlic rolls. Best of all though is you get your two slices and garlic rolls with a free soda for I think $ 6 or something. Nice!
