Loud & Clear Hearing Aids

Andrew was so amazingly helpful to my family and I.
My uncle had just arrived from Florida for a two week trip to Cali.
His hearing aid broke on the plane and he is deaf without it.
Found Loud and Clear on Unilocal,called and Andrew was willing to open his shop slightly early the next day, before our trip up to wine country.
He not only fixed the problem, he performed some other maintenance that needed to be done. And he did it all in n 20 minutes.
I do not hesitate to give him a five star review and recommend him highly.

I had the good fortune of stumbling upon Andrew at Loud & Clear as a result of an online referral from the manufacturer of my recent acquisition of hf3 buds. Etymotic offers a very cool custom fit program and Loud & Clear is one of their supported partners.
Andrew is extremely affable, professional, straightforward and knowledgeable. While this was my very first time visiting an audiologist and was about to be injected with a foreign matter into my ear canal, Andrew made me feel utterly comfortable.
The results were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend a visit to this audiologist if you are in the market for anything related to hearing aids or custom fitting ear buds.

My doctor suggested that it was time for me to consider hearing aids. I called Loud & Clear and spoke with Andrew. We set up an appointment for me to see him. He was very informative and told me what to expect during my appointment.
I met with Andrew and he tested my hearing. We talked about my lifestyle, my hearing loss and he made suggestions on what hearing aids would be best for me. I learned that hearing aids are not a «one size fits all» and I didn’t have to wear something that the whole world would know was a hearing aid. I selected Lyrics because I could shower in them and go about my life without having to announce to the world that I was wearing hearing aids.
Thanks to Andrew, I am functioning well and my husband is happy that I can hear him and he doesn’t have to deal with the TV being loud or having to repeat things to me over and over.

I just turned 60 and can’t believe I need hearing aides but I do. Andy is a good guy and I highly recommend going to him: he was great at thoroughly explaining my hearing problem, the device options and software that customizes them. I had gone to another «dispenser» who was clearly more interested in selling me something, preferably expensive. Yuk. Not so with Andy — I believe he really cares about his clients and helping them select the product that is best suited to their needs.
