Avoid. Avoid Avoid!
This place used to be great until it sold out to Valvoline, fired all of the staff and hired a bunch of idiots. I thought all was good until I noticed an oil spot on my driveway.
I checked my level and I was 2 quarts low.
The Valvoljne geniuses forced (cross threaded) a filter that was not made for my truck. It leaked like a sieve! I had to cut the filter off in order to remove it.
I took photos and verified from the numbers off the filter they installed that it was the wrong one. They denied they did it and accused me if trying to scam them. They offered me a free oil change for their mistake.
Are you kidding me?
STAY AWAY!

Avoid at all costs.
When I was checking out the mechanic told the clerk the computer was wrong and my car could not take the amount of oil it said it should. Clearly this set off mental alarms…
They then drained out the excess and sent me on my way.
I noticed a burning oil smell and a leak a month later. They had incorrectly installed my oil filter and I had been blowing my oil all over the back of my engine and undercarriage for the last month I discovered. I’m lucky I did not seize my engine.
Never go here for any reason. They are incompetent at multiple levels.

At first glance I was satisfied but shortly after that my wife took the car on a trip to California. It turns out the power steering was low on fluid. When I asked the Lube Express about it their reaction was oops too bad. There is no way I am trusting my wife’s safety to these clowns again.
