Established in 2015.

I have been licensed and certified to apply lashes since 2012.

I have been working out of the beautiful Level 3 Salon and Spa, located in historic downtown Albany, Oregon since 2013 applying eyelash extensions.

My passion is everything eyes, including services such as eyebrow waxing, tinting and eyelash tinting.

My focus and skill set however is in applying eyelash extensions. I get so much satisfaction when my clients leave so much more confident and feeling fabulous after their lash services.

Hello, my name is Chelsea, I am a licensed Esthetician and my business is mesmerEYES. I’m an Eyelash Extension Stylist, trained and certified through Lavish Lashes, the world leader in the lash industry today. I also specialize in eyebrow waxing, eyebrow tinting, lash tinting and lash lifting. After I received my first set of Eyelash Extensions, I was in love with them, I woke up feeling bright eyed and beautiful, they changed my life! It’s become my passion and desire to help other women literally «wake up in their makeup». I will customize the lashes to fit you and your personality by using a variety of lash lengths, thicknesses and curvatures. I truly enjoy watching my clients light up by simply enhancing their natural features and making them look and feel glamorous!
