Took wife in for her 10 am appointment and did not get called back until 10:30 am. I was called by a staff member a day prior to make sure I would be on time to only get there and have to wait 30 minutes.
Wife manicure and pedicure looked great when complete but she also had to have her toe nails retouched since they tried to rush her out before they were fully cured.
While I was waiting I inquired as to the delay and what had happened is they tried to work someone in before my wifes appointment so it pushed everything back. I live 45 minutes away from this spa so it was very aggravating to have to wait after you called to ensure I would be on time.
